値となるように紙料ポンプを運転制御する吐出圧力コン
トローラと、この吐出圧力コントローラからの操作量と
予め定めたポンプ有効上限回転数とを比較して操作余裕
量を算出する操作余裕量算出回路と、前記操作余裕量か
ら速度増量分を折線パターンで求めて速度増量値とする
速度増量回路と、坪量検出器で検出した前記測定坪量と
予め定めた前記設定坪量値を比較して操作逸脱量を算出
する操作逸脱量算出回路と、前記測定坪量が前記設定坪
量値より少ない場合に速度減速量を前記折線パターンで
求めて速度減量値とする速度減量回路と、この速度減量
回路および前記速度増量回路の出力変化を制限して前記
速度コントローラに入力する変化率制限回路とを具備し
てなる抄紙機の生産量制御装置。
1.
