状に存在する場合にも挟持部の接触部分が大き
く、同時に挟持することてができるようになつ
た。従つて、従来例のように近接する2つの動脈
瘤に対し、又、ネツク部が半円形状に近く広い場
合にも1つのクリツプで足り、2つのクリツプを
使用する手間もなく、脳外科手術のように顕微鏡
下の手術においても術野の障碍にもならず、容易
に使用できる等その実用上の効果は大きい。
