Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a glazing process for producing a glazed cement product having multi-colored pattern in high work efficiency and capable of forming a beautiful multi-colored pattern having distinctive borders between the colored sections. CONSTITUTION:The glazing process is a method for forming a glazing layer on the surface of a formed cement product 10 in the production of a glazed cement product having glazed layer on the surface. A glazing layer 30 having a multi-colored pattern can be produced by forming a base glazing layer 20 on the surface of a formed cement product and continuously applying plural kinds of glazings to the surface of the base glazing layer 20 to a prescribed thickness.

2. Description of the Related Art Glazed cement products are glass products that have a glassy glaze surface, such as the surface of ceramics, on the surface of cement products such as concrete panels, and are much more beautiful and smooth than conventional cement products. It has a nice appearance. Further, it has the advantage that it is hard to get dirty and is not easily scratched, and it has come to be used as an interior finishing surface or exterior finishing surface of various buildings.

To produce a glazed cement product, first,
Sand, water and other materials are mixed with cement, and this is molded into a predetermined shape to form a cement molded body. A glaze as used in the production of ceramics is applied to the surface of this cement compact. This work is called glazed. As a specific operation for applying the glaze, a liquid glaze is applied to the surface of the cement molded body by using a spray gun used for painting or the like to form a glaze layer having a predetermined thickness. By firing the cement molded body on which the glaze layer is formed, a cement product having the above-mentioned glassy glaze surface can be obtained.

In the above glaze process, if a monochromatic glaze is used,
A cement product with a single-colored glaze can be obtained, but if you use multiple colors of glaze to paint the surface of the cement molded product separately and form a multicolored pattern, you will have a more beautiful and colorful glaze. A glazed cement product is obtained. Specifically, conventionally, glazed cement products having a marble-like appearance have been manufactured. This is because by spraying glazes of multiple colors at the same time on the surface of the cement molded product with a triple-headed gun, etc., the glazes of each color will adhere in the form of innumerable dots, and the marble-like shape as described above. The appearance of is obtained.

However, in order to manufacture a glazed cement product having a multicolored pattern by using a plurality of types of glazes as described above, it takes a lot of time and labor to carry out the glazing process. There is a problem that the efficiency becomes low and the cost increases. This is because the conventional method cannot form the glaze layer having a multicolored pattern in one step, and forms it in a plurality of steps. That is, if the glaze layer with a multicolor pattern is applied at one time with a thickness that is sufficient to prevent the underlying cement compact from being seen through, the glaze layers of each color will mix with each other, making the pattern unclear. However, there is a problem that the color becomes cloudy. In particular, as multiple types of glaze, such as relatively dark black color,
If you try to use a light color such as white or a transparent glaze together, color inevitability will occur.

Therefore, conventionally, a glaze layer having a multicolor pattern is first applied thinly and then dried. If the glaze layer is thin, it will dry before the glazes of each color are mixed, so that the glazes will not mix with each other. After the glaze layer is sufficiently dried, a thin glaze layer is formed again and dried. By repeating such steps, a glaze layer having a multicolor pattern with a sufficient thickness was formed. However, if the glaze layer coating step and the drying step are repeated many times in this way, the number of working steps becomes very large, and the working time greatly increases.

The material and shape of the cement molded product or the manufacturing method thereof are the same as those of the conventional cement molded products of various conventional cement products. Specifically, the cement molded product is formed into a predetermined shape by mixing or kneading cement, sand, water and other additives, and pouring the mixture into a mold. The formed cement compact is dried, if necessary, and then supplied to the next glazing step.

The glaze used in the glaze process is the same as the glaze used in conventional ordinary glaze cement products. The glaze that forms the base glaze layer may cover the surface of the cement molded body with a sufficient thickness, and has a concealing property such that the cement molded body cannot be seen through the surface. The color of the base glaze is preferably a color that does not interfere with the design of the multicolor pattern glaze layer formed on the surface, for example, milky white is preferable. The base glaze layer may be continuously glazed to a predetermined thickness.

A plurality of types of glazes forming a multicolor pattern glaze layer can be combined with any color in any number of colors according to the multicolor pattern to be expressed. Multiple types of glaze are glazed simultaneously. Specifically, a multi-head cancer such as a conventionally used three-head cancer may be used. Also, a plurality of spray guns may be used at the same time. The multi-colored glaze layer is continuously applied in a single step, and its thickness is relatively thin. In other words, even if the glaze is applied once, the glaze may be applied with a thickness such that the colors are not mixed and the pattern is not unclear.

[Function] If the base glaze layer is formed with a sufficient thickness on the surface of the cement molded product, and then the glaze layer expressing the multicolor pattern is formed on the base glaze layer, the glaze with this multicolor pattern is formed. The layers may be formed relatively thin.
That is, since the base glaze layer bears the thickness required to hide the surface of the cement molded product or exert strength and durability, the glaze layer having a multicolor pattern has only an appearance design effect. You can think about it, so it can be thin.

If the glaze layer having a multicolor pattern may be thin,
Even if you continuously glaze multiple types of glaze that form this glaze layer in one step, multiple types of glaze will mix with each other,
There is no problem that the pattern becomes unclear or dirty. The base glaze layer does not need to take into consideration the mixing of glazes with each other, so that it can be continuously and quickly formed to a sufficient thickness.

Therefore, the glaze process is completed only by performing the glaze process twice for the base glaze layer and the multi-color pattern glaze layer, and the conventional glaze layer and the multi-color pattern glaze layer are dried and dried many times. Compared to the method of repeating, the work time of the entire glaze process is shortened, and it is not necessary to take care so that the glazes are not mixed with each other, so that the work is simplified.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional structure of a cement molded body that has been glazed. A relatively thick base glaze layer 20 and a relatively thin multicolored glaze layer 30 are formed on the cement molded body 10. By firing the cement molded body 10 on which the glaze layers 20 and 30 are formed, a glaze surface as schematically shown in FIG. 2 is obtained. That is, the base color portion d has a large number of spot-shaped pattern portions a, b, and c scattered therein, so that a very beautiful multicolor pattern is expressed. Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the pattern portion a is transparent, the pattern portion b is black, the pattern portion c is gray, and the base color portion d is milky white, giving a so-called marble-like appearance. ing. In this case, since the transparent portions a are scattered in the multicolor pattern, it is possible to express a very deep design close to that of natural granite.

The prepared glaze was obtained. In particular, as shown in FIG. 2, the transparent part a clearly appeared without being mixed with other colors, and as described above, it had a very beautiful design similar to natural granite. Moreover, in the example of the present invention, the time required for glaze was far shorter than that in the method of Comparative Example 1. In addition, comparing Example 1 with Comparative Examples 2 to 4, it can be seen that the finish of the glaze surface deteriorates when the thickness of the multicolored glaze layer becomes too thick.
