ル載置装置５１はほぼ同時に前記ディスクｄを挾み込む
ように互いに接近し、前記ラベル１１を保持している保
持面によってディスクｄの両側から前記ラベル１１を貼
着するようにしている。なお前記センター位置決め部材

ラベル載置装置３が互いに接近して、図４に示すように
ディスクｄの両側からラベル１１をその中心部分に貼着
せしめる。この時、図５に示すようにラベル１１の中心
孔ｈの外縁とラベル１１のドーナツ形状の外縁との中心
部分ｃが最初にディスクの表面に付着され、次いでラベ
ル１１の中心部分からしだいに端に向かってラベル１１
がディスクｄに押付けられることとなる。したがって、
