先端側で前記ピストン(12)に対して着脱自在に設
け、前記ピストン(12)に対し内嵌して回転駆動機構
(4)からの回転力を伝達する回転駆動軸(8)を設け
た推進用ヘッドであって、 前記第一ボルト(19)の径より小径の第二ボルト(2
1)が、前記ピストン(12)に形成された前記第一ボ
ルト(19)螺合用の第一雌ネジ部(20)を通して螺
合可能な第二雌ネジ部(22)を前記回転駆動軸(8)
