Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a container for a liquid which has a constitution of so- called bag-in-box and being suitable for preservation of the liquid such as coffee, wine and the like being apt to be transmuted, for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:The constitution is such that a bag is provided in an exterior box, and the bag has a double-film constitution composed of an inner film 1 having a heat-seal property and a low gas-barrier property and an outer film 2 having a heat-seal property and a high gas-barrier property. Deoxidizing agent 4 is placed between the films 1 and 2, and a seal part 7 is provided around the hem.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a container for storing a large amount of liquid for business use, a so-called bag in which a plastic bag having a spout is contained inside an outer box having rigidity such as corrugated cardboard. Inbox is commonly used. And, it has been realized by using a moisture barrier film and a gas barrier film together as an internal bag for storing the liquid of the contents.

[Problems to be Solved] In consideration of the storage of the above-mentioned contents, an internal bag material is used. However, if the contents are easily altered, such as coffee or wine, the oxygen in the headspace remaining when filling the contents and the oxygen that enters through the bag during storage may cause alteration, and It was said that long-term storage of one year was impossible. For example, the inner film is a low-density polyethylene film with a thickness of 50 μm, the outer film is a low-density polyethylene film on both sides, and the middle is a stretched polyethylene terephthalate film with 600Å aluminum vapor deposition. In this case, the head space at the time of filling was about 30 cc, and the oxygen permeation amount of the bag was 0.16 cc / m 2 · day · atm. Therefore, it is necessary to consider not only the residual oxygen in the head space at the time of filling, but also the effect on the oxygen that invades over time.

Since the residual oxygen amount in the bag also affects before filling the contents, it is preferable to keep the bag in an oxygen-free state before filling the contents. Similar to the above, in the case of a 5 l bag, the residual oxygen amount is about 25 cc. in this way,
When storing wine and coffee at room temperature for a long period of time, it is not enough to use a plastic film with good gas barrier properties as the material for the bag. In addition, the remaining oxygen in the bag at the time of filling, the head after filling is completed. The space and the effect of oxygen penetrating during storage had to be considered.

In order to eliminate the influence of oxygen remaining in the head space, an oxygen scavenger is placed on the inner surface of the cap. However, before filling the contents in the bag-in-box where the bag is stored in the outer box, the spout is fitted in the spout, and the spout is removed at the time of filling to fill the contents. At this time, the oxygen absorber had to be taken out and filled, which caused inconvenience, and the oxygen absorber could not be placed in this spout portion. Also, it was unable to absorb the oxygen passing through the bag material.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a so-called bag-in-box in which a bag having a spout is internally contained in a rigid outer box such as a corrugated cardboard, and the bag has at least heat sealability. However, it has a double structure of an outer film having a high gas barrier property and a heat seal property with an inner film having a low gas barrier property, and the periphery is heat-sealed, and deoxidation is performed between the inner film and the outer film. It is a liquid container solved by inserting the agent. Further, by using the outer film as a bag made of a multilayer film including a vapor deposition film obtained by vapor depositing an inorganic oxide such as a metal or a metal oxide, a storage container for liquid having better storage stability can be obtained.

[Function] When a bag is made, a bag in which an oxygen absorber is inserted between the inner film and the outer film is used, and the inner film has a low gas barrier property and the outer film has a high gas barrier property. The bag to be contained in the box can absorb oxygen by the oxygen absorber before filling, and the inside of the bag can be made oxygen-free when filling the contents.

Further, since the oxygen scavenger is arranged in the space between the inner film having a low gas barrier property and the outer film having a high gas barrier property, it is possible to keep the inside of the bag oxygen-free before filling the contents as described above. Not only can this be done, the headspace at the time of filling the contents can be made oxygen-free, and the oxygen that penetrates through the outer film during storage can be absorbed to prevent the contents from reaching the contents.

An oxygen scavenger containing ascorbate as a main component between the inner film and the outer film of the double-structured material (3) consisting of the outer film (2) made of the stretched polyethylene terephthalate film having the aluminum vapor deposition layer Name: Freshness preserving agent C, manufactured by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (4) is arranged, and a polyethylene spout (5) and a cap (6) covering the upper surface of the spout (5) are attached to the center, and the material is used. A seal part (7) is provided in the peripheral part of (3),
It was a 5 liter bag. This bag was housed in an outer box (8) made of corrugated board as shown in FIG. 2 to obtain a container of the present invention.
Next, the cap was removed, the bag was filled with 5 liters of red wine, the cap was fitted, and the bag was stored at room temperature for 1 year to test the change in taste. As a result, no discoloration of the wine was observed, and no change in taste was observed. At this time, the oxygen permeability of the inner film was 2000 cc / m 2 · day · a.
At tm, the oxygen permeability of the outer film is 0.4 cc / m
It was 2 · day · atm.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is constituted as described above, the amount of residual oxygen in the bag before filling with wine is reduced and the gas barrier property of the outer film is enhanced, so that during filling and storage of wine, Oxygen passing through the outer film can be reliably absorbed, and the role of the oxygen scavenger can be maintained for a long time. In addition, since the gas barrier property of the inner film is lowered, oxygen in the headspace can be reliably absorbed, so that wine that is likely to deteriorate can be stored at room temperature for a long time.
