Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable high-speed seek and to save electric power consumption by connecting the conductors of a motor coil formed in the direction intersecting with magnetic fluxes in a pair of magnetic circuits in parallel with the direction not intersecting with the magnetic fluxes. CONSTITUTION:This voice coil motor 1 is constituted by integrally building a motor coil 5 thereof together with insulated conductors, a bobbin 8 and terminals 9 into the motor. The conductors are connected and laminated in parallel and are soldered to the terminals 9. The motor is so constituted that the driving current from a driving circuit flows in the direction orthogonal with the flow of the magnetic fluxes of the magnetic circuits by a magnet 2.
