Conventionally, there is a device that uses multiple fan coil units or floor heating panels to heat water using hot water obtained from a hot water boiler. This heating system connects fan coil units and floor heating panels in parallel, and is equipped with valves that adjust the amount of water flowing to each radiator, allowing the amount of heat to be heated to be varied and the rooms to be heated to be selected.

By the way, in conventional hot water heating systems in which radiators are connected in parallel, an on-off valve is attached to each radiator, and the on-off valve operation of the radiator and the control operation of the heating hot water boiler need to be performed in two different places, which causes a large amount of trouble. Although it is suitable for large-scale equipment, it is not easy to use for small-scale equipment. In particular, in systems that use a plurality of radiators, all of the radiators may be operated in a closed circuit, and in this case, the circulation pump attached to the hot water boiler runs dry, causing trouble.

This invention relates to a hot water heating device suitable for small-scale systems, and includes a heating hot water boiler 1 having an outgoing pipe 4 and a return pipe 5, and a plurality of radiators 2, 2' connected in series through a circulation pipe 3. In the heating device, both ends of a circulation pipe 3 connecting a plurality of radiators 2, 2' in series, and an outgoing pipe 4 and a return pipe 5 of a heating hot water boiler 1 are connected to a valve 6, By switching the valve 6, the outgoing pipe 4 and the return pipe 5 are connected to either of the circulation pipes 3, and the water flow direction of the circulation pipe 3 is selectively switched.
A bypass pipe 7 is attached to at least one radiator 2' of the radiator 2' to bypass water passage ports at both ends of the radiator 2. Stop valves 8 and 9 are provided, and when the water flow direction of the circulation pipe 3 is selected and switched by the valve 6, hot water is passed through either the bypass pipe 7 or the radiator 2, and the heat radiated from the radiator 2 is changed in the water flow direction. It is interrupted by

In this device, which has the configuration described above, when the hot water boiler 1 for heating is operated and the circulation pump (not shown) is operated, hot water is sent from the outgoing pipe 4 to the circulation pipe 3, and the water cooled by the radiators 2 and 2' is is returned to the hot water boiler 1 from the circulation pipe 3 via the return pipe 5 and is reheated.

When the valve 6 is switched, the outgoing pipe 4 is connected to one circulation pipe 3, and the other circulation pipe 3 is connected to the return pipe 5. In addition, a bypass pipe 7 is attached to each water inlet of the radiator 2, and the radiator 2, 2'
The bypass pipe 7 is equipped with check valves 8 and 9 that reverse the direction of water flow, so when hot water is supplied to the radiator 2 equipped with the forward check valve 9,
Hot water is not supplied to the bypass pipe 7 to which the reverse check valve 8 is attached, and the heat of the hot water is radiated by the radiator 2.

On the other hand, when the water flow direction of the circulation pipe 3 is reversed by switching the valve 6, hot water flows into the bypass pipe 7, which is now in the forward direction, and hot water cannot be supplied to the radiator 2, which is in the opposite direction. The heat radiator 2 cannot radiate heat. Therefore, in this invention, by simply switching the valve 6, the heat radiation from the radiator 2 to which the bypass pipe 7 is attached can be interrupted.

Furthermore, when the bypass pipes 7 are installed in all of the plurality of radiators 2, 2', at least one check valve 8 is installed with the water flow direction opposite to that of the other check valves 8, so that the valve Even if the water flow direction of the circulation pipe 3 is reversed by switching 6, the hot water always passes through the radiator 2, and a phenomenon occurs in which the hot water returns to the hot water boiler 1 without radiating heat while remaining at a high temperature. It is something that has disappeared.

To describe the embodiment shown in the figure, 1 is a heating hot water boiler, 4 is an outgoing pipe of the hot water boiler 1, and 5 is a return pipe of the hot water boiler 1. 2 and 2' are a plurality of radiators to which hot water from the hot water boiler 1 is supplied; 3 is a circulation pipe that connects the hot water boiler 1 and the radiators 2 and 2'; pipe 3

Reference numeral 6 denotes a valve in which the outgoing pipe 4 and return pipe 5 of the hot water boiler 1 are connected to both ends of the circulation pipe 3 that connects the radiator 2 in series.Due to the switching state of the flow path, the valve 6 is a four-way valve. good. The outgoing pipe 4 of the hot water boiler 1 is connected to one circulation pipe 3 by the valve 6,
The other circulation pipe 3 is connected to a return pipe 5, and since the connection is reversed by switching the valve 6, the direction of hot water flowing into the radiator 2 can be changed.

7 is a bypass pipe installed in at least one radiator 2 among the plurality of radiators 2, 2' so as to bypass the water inlets at both ends of the radiator 2; 8 is a bypass pipe installed in the bypass pipe 7; The check valve 9 is a check valve installed in the flow path of the radiator 2, and both check valves 8 and 9 are installed with the water flow direction opposite to each other, and when water is flowed to the radiator 2, the bypass pipe is used. 7 so that water cannot pass through.

Therefore, as another embodiment not shown, the bypass pipe 7 and the check valves 8 and 9 of the plurality of radiators 2 and 2'
When at least one radiator 2 equipped with a bypass pipe and another radiator without a check valve are connected in series, when hot water flows into the radiator 2 with check valves 8 and 9, The remaining radiators also radiate heat and can be used at the same time. In addition, if the water flow direction is reversed using valve 6, hot water will flow only to the remaining radiator without a bypass pipe or check valve, making it possible to use only one radiator. You can choose between using one or two.

On the other hand, when the bypass pipe 7 and the check valves 8 and 9 are attached to all the radiators 2 and 2' as in the embodiment shown in the figure, the check valve 8 attached to the bypass pipe 7
At least one of the check valves 8 is installed so that the water flow direction is opposite to that of the other check valves 8. Therefore, even when the water flow direction of the circulation pipe 3 is changed by switching the valve 6, hot water can be sent to at least one of the plurality of radiators 2, 2'. By switching the valve 6, one radiator can be selected one by one.

As mentioned above, in this design, an operating valve is not installed for each radiator 2, 2', and the hot water boiler 1
By operating a valve 6 provided near the hot water flow path or in the middle of the hot water flow path, it is possible to select whether or not to radiate heat from the radiators 2, 2', thereby improving ease of handling.

In addition, the heat sinks 2 and 2' are connected in series.
Since the hot water supplied to the unused radiator 2 now flows through the bypass pipe 7, there is no longer a problem in which the water flow through the circulation pipe 3 is stopped due to a mistake in the selection setting of the radiator 2, and this stoppage of water flow is detected. This is a practical effect that makes safety measures unnecessary.
