する散水器13と、水タンク6の底部に連通したフロ−
トタンク14A内のフロ−ト14Bによって水位スイッ
チ14Cを作動し、水タンク6の所定水位を検出する水
位検出装置14等にて構成されている。而して支持梁1
5に固定した取付板16に支持した前記減速モ−タ10
の出力軸に相互が逆方向に延出した第1及び第2のアー
ム17A、17Bを有する駆動カム17を連結し、該カ
ム17の第1のアーム17Aの端部に取り付けたコイル
発条18の他端を水皿5の側部に連結し、水皿5の後部
は回動軸19に支持している。また、20は減速機構付
きの駆動モータ10の正転により反時計方向に回転する
