【発明の効果】以上の説明で判るように本発明のスプリ
ンクラーヘッド取付用配管の施工方法によれば、部品点
数が削減されて配管が簡略化され、施工作業が迅速に行
われると共に、所要位置に多様な配管ができて、いかな
る位置にもスプリンクラーヘッドが配されて、万全の消
火設備を実現できる。また本発明のスプリンクラーヘッ
ド取付用配管構造は、先端に絞り管を介してスプリンク
ラーヘッドを取付ける可撓管のベローズの洩れ検査、外
観検査等が容易で、腐食や溶接欠陥等も常時調査でき、
さらにベローズの変形の度合も容易に点検できるので、
メンテナンス性に優れる。さらに本発明のスプリンクラ
ーヘッド取付用配管構造は、1種類の分配型多口継手
で、多数の可撓管を接続してスプリンクラーヘッドを取
付けることができ、また分配型多口継手の分岐パイプに
適宜選択的に可撓管を接続し、使用しない分岐パイプは
塞栓を施すことにより、種々配管形態をとってスプリン
クラーヘッドを取付けることができ、建築物の間取り空
間に対応した消火設備とすることができて、汎用性に優
れる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 消火水用給水本管に、十字型に多数の枝
管を分岐配管し、次に各枝管に、プレス成形され多数の
穴が設けられたカップ状の継手本体と蓋体とが開口縁に
て溶接され、多数の穴に分岐パイプが溶接連通され、蓋
体にソケットが設けられた分配型多口継手を接続し、次
いで各分配型多口継手に、端管間に1本以上のワイヤー
又はフラットバーが端管の内側で溶接又は連結固定さ
れ、ワイヤー又はフラットバーの外側にベローズが嵌装
され、ベローズの両端が端管の端面に溶接されてなる可
撓管を接続し、然る後各可撓管に絞り管を介してスプリ
ンクラーヘッドを接続することを特徴とするスプリンク
ラーヘッド取付用配管の施工方法。

ことを特徴とするスプリンクラーヘッド取付用配管構
