There is a structure in which the disposed oil pan cover 3 is fixed with bolts 6 via rubber mounts 5 on mounting flanges 4a and 4b that are fixed to each other.
In this conventional structure, since the oil pan 2 is firmly attached to the cylinder block 1, the vibration of the cylinder block 1 is directly transmitted to the oil pan 2 and is radiated as noise to the outside. Is to be shielded by the oil pan cover 3, but a sufficient gap is formed between the oil pan 2 and the oil pan cover 3 between the rubber mounts 5 and 5 of the mounting portion. The noise trapped in the oil pan cover 3 leaks to the outside through this gap, and the soundproof effect is reduced.

In addition, in an oil pan devised such as filling a gap between the oil pan cover 3 and the oil pan 2 with a sound absorbing material 8 such as glass wool, and in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-130038, as shown in FIG. And the conventional example shown in FIG.
Although many parts, labor and space are required to mount the cover, there are various drawbacks such as insufficient sound insulation effect. Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 8 in which the sound absorbing material 8 is packed, muddy water enters between the sound absorbing material 8 and the oil pan 2 and accumulates there, so that the oil pan 2 is rubbed by rubbing after long-term use. It may damage or corrode. Further, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-130038 shown in FIG. 9, since both the cover 9 and the inner plate 11 are held at the lower end of the flange 12 via the elastic body 13, the engine oil sways. As a result, particularly in sudden acceleration, sudden stop, and sharp curve, the cover 9 and the inner plate 11 provided with the oil tank portion 10 at the elastic body 13 are likely to be torn by the inertial force due to the acceleration,
There are many problems in putting it to practical use.

Since it is firmly fixed to the cylinder block 1, noise is generated directly by the vibration of the cylinder block 1. This noise is generated by the elastic seal member 7.
Is de-energized and shielded by the outer plate 4 mounted in a floating state. At the same time, the engine oil is used for resonance holes 6 in the inner plate 3.
Since it is in the gap S between the outer plate 4 and the outer plate 4, when the engine oil in the gap S acts as the resonator K, the resonance hole 6 acts as a resonance hole, and the cylinder block The noise generated from No. 1 is not radiated to the outside.

Although the vehicle moves forward, backward, leftward and rightward while the vehicle is running, all of this force is received by the inner plate 3 fixed to the cylinder block 1. Therefore, if the outer plate 4 supports only the engine oil serving as the resonator K. good. Therefore, the outer plate 4 can be mounted in a floating state by the elastic seal body 7,
This makes it possible to effectively damp the vibration from the inner plate 3.

Since the inner plate is fixed to the cylinder block and the outer plate is fixed to the inner plate through the elastic seal body, the inner plate is formed with the communication hole. It can be attached to the inner plate through. This makes it possible to reduce the vibration of the cylinder block while maintaining the structural strength of the mounting portion of the outer plate, and since it does not require a cover as in the conventional case, the space and the number of parts are small. Tesumi can be provided at a low price. Further, since the resonator is interposed between the inner plate and the outer plate, noise is shielded here, and radiation to the outside is prevented. The use of the resonance hole has various effects such that noise reduction is further improved.
