[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention is based on a variety of different types of low-viscosity materials such as yogurt material liquid or molten jelly (soft ice cream, or materials that are more fluid than various types of fillings). )

(Prior Art) Conventionally, a nozzle for filling ice cream in vertical layers has been a nozzle with an inner and outer double layer (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1962-1966).
Known examples of such nozzles include a double-row filling nozzle with two nozzles arranged in parallel (Examined Utility Model Publication No. 1973-11191), and a double-layer filling nozzle with an inner and outer nozzle in which the lower end of the inner nozzle was radially divided (Examined Utility Model Publication No. 1974-26877).

(Problems to be solved by invention) Each of the conventional filling nozzles mentioned above handles highly viscous materials such as soft serve ice cream.
When it comes to low-viscosity materials such as yogurt stock liquid or molten jelly, there is a problem in that they mix during filling and do not form a clear striped pattern when hardened. In particular, it was extremely difficult to obtain a vertical pattern or a vertical swirl pattern. In addition, in most conventional filling nozzles, there are often two types of different materials, and in rare cases a structure that can be used with three types has been proposed, but when it comes to three or more types or several types (for example, six types), it is difficult to It was not possible to fill with nozzles of known construction.

(Means for solving the problem) However, this idea divides the inside of a cylindrical body such as a cylinder or a rectangular tube into a plurality of compartments with a vertical partition plate, and the lower end of the supply pipe connecting to each compartment is attached to the upper part of the cylinder. Since these were connected, it became possible to simultaneously fill several types of materials corresponding to the number of compartments.

That is, according to this invention, the lower end of a branch pipe for supplying material is connected to the upper part of a cylinder which has a plurality of compartments by providing a vertical partition plate therein for each compartment, and the lower end of the branch pipe for supplying material is connected to the lower part of the partition plate inside the cylinder. was formed into an inverted cone-shaped spouting beak, and a net was attached to the lower surface of the spouting beak to construct a multilayer filling nozzle for viscous material.

The vertical partition plate in the above is radially arranged and curved in the radial direction. The direction of the curve is arranged to conform to the rotation direction of the container (for example, in the case of Fig. 2, the container rotates in the direction of the arrow). The mesh is, for example, stainless steel, but it can also be synthetic resin, and the mesh size is preferably 20 to 50 mesh. If the mesh is too large, the material may drip, and if the mesh is small, there is a risk of high filling resistance and slow speed. The inverted cone-shaped spout in the above is inverted cone shape to facilitate the flow of the filling material, but it is a cone or pyramid, and its angle and the shape of the cylinder are as shown in Fig. 7.

D/CD=0.5~0.7 LH/CD=0.7~1.0 The net mentioned above weakens the filling flow rate to prevent pattern disturbance, and also constantly fills and retains the material between the shutter valve and the net. . Furthermore, the reason why the tip of the filling nozzle is shaped like an inverted cone is to enable the material to be ejected preferentially from the tip regardless of whether the flow rate is high or low, thereby forming a beautiful pattern. That is, while the filling nozzle is raised, there is a rectifying effect when filling, and there is no risk of turbulence occurring.

(Function of the invention) According to this invention, the inside of the cylinder is divided by vertical partition plates to form compartments, so different materials are extruded in layers equal to the number of compartments. Furthermore, since the net is attached to the lower end surface of the filling nozzle, it is possible to prevent the material from dripping and to hold the material inside the filling nozzle. Furthermore, since the lower end surface of the filling nozzle is formed into an inverted conical shape, the material can be flowed and filled in an orderly manner, regardless of the amount of material at the time of filling.

Two vertical partition plates 2, 2 are provided radially and curved in the radial direction to form compartments 3, 3, and the lower end of branch pipes 4, 4 for supplying yogurt mix is provided at the upper end of the cylindrical body 1. are connected to each of the compartments 3, 3, respectively. The lower ends of the partition plates 2, 2 in the cylindrical body 1 are formed into an inverted conical protrusion 5, and a 30 mesh stainless steel mesh 6 is attached to the outside of this protrusion 5. The peripheral edge of the stainless steel mesh 6 is fixed with a retaining ring 7 screwed onto the cylindrical body 1. In the figure, 8 is a branch spacer 9, 9a is a shunter valve, and 10, 11 is a yogurt mixer extrusion pump.

The operation of the above embodiment will be explained. First, yogurt mixes of different colors (for example, white and red) are stored in the hoppers 23 and 24 of the extrusion pumps 10 and 11, respectively, and the pistons 12 and 13 are reciprocated as shown by arrows 14 and 15, and the switching valves 16 and 17 is switched to supply yogurt mix to the nozzle housing 20 as shown by arrows 18 and 19. In the nozzle housing 20, shutter valves 9, 9a are opened and closed by raising and lowering the operation plates 21, 21a, and when the shutter valves 9, 9a are opened, the yogurt mix enters the supply pipes 22, 22a, passes through the branch spacer 8, Yogurt mix is supplied to the branch pipes 4,4. In the above, yogurt mix is supplied from one supply pipe 22 to three branch pipes.
The yogurt mix 28 sent to the branch pipes 4, 4 enters the corresponding compartments 3, 3 from their lower ends, and is then filled into the container 25 from their lower ends. The filling of the yogurt mix 28 is performed, for example, in the order shown in FIG. 6, a, b, and c. In this case, the container is rotated at a low speed as shown by arrow 27,
The nozzle 26 is raised sequentially as indicated by a, b, and c in FIG.
They are discharged evenly from within and fit together in a well-balanced manner, creating a vertically layered and twisted pattern. In the above, the stainless steel net 6 serves to prevent the yogurt mix from dripping, and also has the function of reliably retaining the yogurt mix existing between the stainless steel net 6 and the shutter valve. In the above example, two supply pumps were used and two colors, white and red, were arranged in six layers to create a swirl pattern, but it is possible to freely select three or four colors by increasing the number of supply pumps. I can do it.

Further, the liquid level rising speed of the filled yogurt mix 28 and the rising speed of the nozzle 26 are designed to match. Also, since the lower end of the nozzle 26 has an inverted conical shape, the yogurt mix 28
It is easier to get out from the center. Therefore, the yogurt mixture 28 is filled into the center of the container and flows radially after entering the container, but this fluid state continues from the beginning to the end of filling, and together with the rotation of the container, a swirl pattern is formed. It turns out.

(Effect of the invention) This invention forms a compartment by providing vertical partition plates radially inside the cylindrical body, the lower end of each partition plate is made to protrude downward, and a net is attached to this protrusion. Even low-viscosity materials such as yogurt and the like can be reliably arranged vertically in layers. Furthermore, since the material is always packed between the shutter valve and the net, the amount of material supplied to the nozzle housing is pushed out from the nozzle and filled into the container.
