を受信したとき、この着信加入者の電話番号に対応して
前記個人識別番号を前記データベースに登録しておき、
以後、前記着信加入者に着信時、前記データベースを参
照し、受信した個人識別番号が登録されているか否かを
確認し、登録されていることが確認された場合には、こ
の発信加入者を予め所定のメッセージが録音されている
