2. Description of the Related Art As an ink ribbon cassette case, there is a case in which the entire cassette case including a case wall and a case surrounding wall is molded in a box shape with a hard resin (for example, ABS resin, etc.). When incinerating and discarding a resin ink ribbon cassette case that is no longer needed, when the case burns, for example, about 8500 KCa for ABS resin
There is a problem that 1 / Kg of heat is generated, which causes a damage to the incinerator, and a problem that a large amount of harmful gas is generated. Therefore, in order to solve such a problem at the time of disposal by incineration, although the swing ribbon type ink ribbon cassette case, which is the object of the present invention, is not used in the related art, the running posture of the ink ribbon is fixed at a constant posture capable of printing operation. However, in the conventional case in which a sheet of paper-based plate material is bent in a U-shape to form a case, a pair of case walls facing each other in the ribbon width direction are provided. Since the side wall portion connecting between the two is present only on one side of the entire circumference of the case, the case is easily deformed.
Therefore, when storing and transporting the ink ribbon cassette, it must be separately stored in a box with high shape retention,
The material cost will increase accordingly. In addition, if the case is deformed before being attached to the printer, it cannot be attached to the printer in a predetermined posture, or even if it can be attached to the printer, the running posture of the ink ribbon is disturbed, etc.
Printing defects are likely to occur. Moreover, since the case itself is not provided with a guide member for guiding the running posture of the ink ribbon to a certain printable posture, when mounting the printer on the printer side, pull out the ink ribbon from the case and separately There is also a drawback that the work of mounting on the guide member provided in the above is required, which makes the mounting work troublesome. In the case of a conventional case in which paper sheets such as paperboard and corrugated paper are laminated to form a case, the entire case is made of paper boards, and moreover, since a plurality of paper boards are joined with an adhesive, sufficient strength and Not only is shape retention not obtained, but there are also problems in mass production. Further, since the guide member itself is also formed by the laminated paper sheets, the surface accuracy of the ribbon contact surface of the guide member is lowered, and the fluctuation of the ribbon traveling speed due to the variation of the ribbon traveling resistance on the ribbon contact surface. In addition, there are drawbacks that printing defects easily occur due to instability of the running posture of the ink ribbon due to unevenness of the ribbon contact surface. Furthermore, the conventional method of mixing an inorganic filler with a resin that is a molding material for a case causes another problem that a large amount of residue is generated when the case is burned. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and by devising the overall configuration of the ink ribbon cassette case, it is possible to reduce the combustion heat amount and the generation of harmful gas accompanying the incineration disposal, and reduce the incineration residue amount. It is an object of the present invention to provide an ink ribbon cassette case that is capable of maintaining the shape of the case, is excellent in productivity, and can easily manufacture a lid structure including a swing opening / closing portion, though it is possible.

The amount of resin used per case can be reduced by forming both of a pair of case walls having a relatively large surface area in the cassette case with a plate material formed by laminating a resin layer on paper. Moreover, instead of simply integrating the case surrounding wall and the guide member with resin,
Since the case surrounding wall and the guide member are resin-molded in a state of being integrated with the resin layer of the plate material forming one of the pair of case walls, for example, the plate material is used as the case surrounding wall and the guide member. Compared to the case of joining with an adhesive, the case wall, the guide member, and the plate member are firmly integrated during molding, so the ribbon width on the case body side where the main components including the ink ribbon can fit Load bearing strength in the direction, especially the load bearing strength at the printing part, which is one of the important parts in the cassette case, and the processing accuracy of the guide member can be improved, and also mass production by molding Is also possible. Further, the other case wall serving as the lid is composed only of the plate material provided in series over both of the pair of case walls, and the case wall on the lid side is bent between the pair of case walls. It is connected to the case wall on the case body side so as to be able to open and close freely using a free plate part.

Therefore, by reducing the amount of resin used in each case, it is possible to reduce the amount of combustion heat and the generation of toxic gas at the time of waste incineration, and reduce the amount of incineration residue compared to the conventional inorganic filler compounding method. It is possible to improve both the load bearing strength in the ribbon width direction of the case and the accuracy of the ribbon contact surface of the guide member, which are one of the important functions of the cassette case, compared to the conventional paper case. It is possible to suppress the deformation of the case itself, which adversely affects the mounting on the printer, etc., and it is also possible to suppress the occurrence of printing defects by stabilizing the ribbon running, and the case is made entirely of resin. The productivity can be improved to the extent that it conforms to the existing ones.
In addition, not only the lid but also the hinge structure for swing opening / closing can be constructed at the same time by simply providing the plate materials constituting both the case walls in series. Therefore, the lid structure including the swing opening / closing portion can be simplified. It is possible to achieve high efficiency and easy manufacturing.

Next, a method of molding the case 3 of the ink ribbon cassette case configured as described above will be described based on the principle diagram, and the lid 8 and the case body 9 are molded at the same time, as shown in FIG. As described above, of the male and female molds 17A and 17B for molding the lid 8 and the case body 9, the female mold 1 including a large number of intake holes 17a connected to the intake pump P.
A series of plate members 15 are arranged on the molding surface 17b of 7A and on the molding surface portion corresponding to the central portion 5A of the case wall 5 and the case wall 4, and suction at the ventilation hole 17a by driving the suction pump P is performed. The plate material 15 is attracted and fixed to the molding surface 17b by force. Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the female mold 17
After A and the male die 17B are pressure-bonded with each other with a predetermined pressure, the molten ABS resin is injected into the cavity on the case body 9 side formed between the male and female dies 17A and 17B.
While the ABS resin and the polypropylene film 14a located on the outer surface side of the plate material 15 and the ABS resin film 14b located on the inner surface side are heat-fused and integrated, the guide member 7, the case surrounding wall 6, and the reinforcing material 16 are integrated. The peripheral portion 5B of the case wall 5 and the peripheral portion of the bearing hole 5a are simultaneously resin-molded. Then, as shown in FIG. 7C, after the ABS resin in the male and female dies 17A and 17B is cured, the male and female dies 17A and 17B are separated, and are connected by the plate member 15. The lid 8 and the case body 9 can be taken out. Further, in the above-mentioned molding method,
Although the inner surface side resin layer 14 and the reinforcing material 16 of the plate member 15 are made of the same resin material, the outer surface side resin layer 14 may be made of the same material material as the inner surface side resin layer 14. Alternatively, one of them may be made of a resin having a heat fusion property different from that of the other resin.
