Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a card at a low cost and with high reliability by pressurizing and the prescribed position of the surface of the card loading a dry battery and a voicing body, etc., and generating a required voice message. CONSTITUTION:The dry battery 8 is connected to a prescribed electric network on a flexible board 2 and operated as the power source of a control circuit 3 and a speaker 5. These components are included in a voice message card 1 as a voice generation unit 9 and a part of a write terminal 7 is exposured. Then, after a voice is recorded and written from the terminal 7, the exposed part of the terminal 7 is cut and abandoned. The reproduction of the voice is performed as follows, a starting switch 4 is activated by depressing a switch position P of a card surface, and voice data stored in the control circuit 3 is reproduced and outputted from the speaker 5. Thus, the number of components is reduced and the card at a low cost and with high reliability is obtained.

A folded piece portion having a window hole 12 provided in a part of the flexible substrate 2 is folded so as to be sandwiched between the switch electrode 10 and the short-circuit electrode 11 facing each other, and normally short-circuited with the switch electrode 10. It functions as an insulating spacer that prevents the electrodes from coming into contact with each other. When the switch position P of FIG. 1 located above the short-circuit electrode 11 is pressed with a finger to activate the start-up switch 4, the short-circuit electrode 11 is pressed.
The flexible substrate serving as the base of the switch electrode 10 is distorted, and finally the short-circuit electrode 11 penetrates the window hole 12 and the switch electrode 10
Is contacted with and activated. The reinforcing plate 13 is made of a phenol resin or the like with a thickness having rigidity, plays a role of supporting the pressing at the switch position P from the back surface of the flexible substrate 2, and has the switch electrode 10 and the short-circuit electrode 11
The contact is made more surely, but it can be omitted depending on the rigidity of the sheet material of the voice message card 1. Further, the required area of the reinforcing plate 13 can fulfill its intended role as long as it has at least the projected area of the folded-back portion for forming the activation switch 4.

The switch electrodes a of 14 and the switch electrode b of 15 are both formed in a comb shape, and they are formed at positions facing each other with a slight gap and are connected to the control circuit 3.
The short-circuit electrode 11 is formed substantially in the middle of the first turning point F1 and the second turning point F2.
A circular window hole 12 is provided approximately in the middle of the end sides of the flexible substrate 1 and the flexible substrate 2. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the sheet is folded back toward the paper surface of FIG. 3 at the first folding point F1.
Further, when the sheet is folded back toward the paper surface at the second folding point F2, the switch electrode 10 and the short-circuit electrode 11 can be simply configured to face each other with a folded piece-shaped electric spacer having the window hole 12 interposed therebetween. You can In this state, when pressure is applied to the portion located on the back surface of the short-circuit electrode 10, the flexible substrate which is the base of the short-circuit electrode 11 is distorted as described above, and the short-circuit electrode 11 finally penetrates the window hole 12. At the same time, the switch electrode a of 14 and the switch electrode b of 15 are simultaneously brought into contact with each other, so that the switch electrode 10 becomes conductive and an active signal is obtained.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the first folding point F1 and the second folding point F2 are folded back in parallel with each other. However, the flexible substrate 2 is shaped from the second folding point. The same start-up switch 4 can be formed even if it is formed in an L-shape and the folding at the first folding point F1 and the second folding point F2 is performed in directions orthogonal to each other.

Next, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the number of parts of the voice generating unit 9 is further reduced by utilizing the property of the flexible substrate 2. Reference numeral 6'denotes a speaker connection line in which the speaker connection line 6 of FIG. The speaker connection line 6 ′ needs to be connected to a first pole (not shown) and a second pole (not shown) arranged at predetermined positions of the speaker 5, which is useful for thinning the voice message card 1. Then, it is desirable to connect with the thinnest possible and flexible connection line. Therefore, by utilizing the thin and flexible nature of the flexible substrate 2, the control circuit 3, the start switch components 10 to 11, the write terminal 7 and the speaker connection line 6'can be formed of an integrated flexible substrate as shown in FIG. It is possible.
