本発明は、高分子材料で形成された回転体の挙
動を調べたり或いは更に制御へと応用する為に回
転数を検出することに利用される回転検出装置に

ツトをもつ遮光板3と対向型の受発光素子4によ
り、それぞれ回転体の挙動、回転数が検出されて
いるが、夫々に別部品としての永久磁石板1や遮
光板3を回転体に装着せねばならず、組立作業が
多く、又部品単価そのものも高いという問題を有

発明の構成

い金型精度を保ち形成されている。この底面の凸
部5−1a,5−2a,……と共に回転中心近傍
を面一に形成して、白色又は金属光沢に近い表面
に透明なフツ素樹脂などの摩擦係数の低い被膜を
付けた樹脂フイルムを溶着している。これによ
り、回転体の回動は軸受(図示せず)との摩擦が
樹脂フイルムによつて低減され損失が少なく回動
し、その回動によつて底面に対して設置された反
射型の受発光素子6の前面を凸部5−1a,5−
2aが通過すると受発光素子6に回転体5の底面
の凸部5−1a,5−2a……及び凹部5−1
b,5−2b……の高い形状精度および段差によ
つて、高い精度で且つ反射面の偏奇に加え樹脂フ
イルムの高い反射率によつて信号対雑音比の高い
信号が発生し、回転体5の挙動や回転数が検出で

め、他の部品としての遮光板が必要でなく、組立
