Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide combination puzzles ranging from a relatively easy one to a very complex, difficult one enjoyable to even adult persons, and a method which can very easily be manufactured tough and durable ones with a high manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A combination puzzle is composed of puzzle pieces 2 of which four at the four corners are removed from four by four liner, that makes the total of twelve pieces 2, and the center four pieces are separated from one another by cross lines 3 and each of the puzzle pieces 2 is connected at two sides to abutting pieces via resin films 4. The combination puzzle is manufactured by a method including printing patterns, etc., on a base such as paper, punching grooves of predetermined form, sticking the resin film to the overall surface of at least either the front or back side of the base, and punching the resin-film-coated base into a predetermined puzzle form.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a combination puzzle of this kind,
The one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-22388 is known. That is, a plurality of folds are formed on the upper, lower, left and right sides of one sheet to divide the sheet into a plurality of faces, and at least a part of the folds is cut into a cut, and the sheet is cut along the folds and the cuts. By bending, various combinations of a plurality of scattered surfaces are possible.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, it is possible to make it complicated to some extent by increasing the number of upper, lower, left, and right surfaces to increase the number of combinable surfaces. Since a sheet is simply folded along creases and cuts, it is difficult to make a puzzle that is very complicated and difficult for adults to fully enjoy.

In addition, if a conventional combination puzzle of this type is made from relatively thick paper, it has poor durability and is not very good when folded in a complicated manner.
Place each piece (puzzle piece) on a vinyl chloride resin sheet one by one, stack the same vinyl chloride resin sheet on it, and press it with a hot press from the top. A method of connecting them is also known. However, according to this method, it is necessary to place each puzzle piece on the vinyl chloride resin sheet while aligning the puzzle pieces one by one, and there is a problem that the manufacturing is very troublesome and the production efficiency is poor.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is a first object of the present invention to provide a combination puzzle capable of being enjoyed by a relatively simple game to a game that can be enjoyed by adults who are very complicated and have high difficulty. The second object is to provide a method by which a tough and durable combination puzzle can be manufactured very easily and efficiently.

In the combination puzzle of the present invention, 4 out of 4 columns each in the vertical and horizontal directions are used.
The four pieces in the corner are removed, the four pieces in the center are separated by a cross line that separates them, and each puzzle piece is connected to another puzzle piece, so simply fold the puzzle piece. Instead, the puzzle pieces can be flipped from front to back or from back to front by passing between the central cross-shaped lines, which makes the combination of folding methods complicated and makes it very difficult. High combination puzzle is completed.

Further, in the method for manufacturing a combination puzzle of the present invention, the steps of printing, groove punching, resin film sticking and blanking of a blank portion are continuously performed on one sheet of paper base, which is a troublesome step. Since it does not contain, it can be manufactured very easily and with high production efficiency.

As is apparent from FIG. 1, the combination puzzle 1 according to this embodiment is composed of a total of 12 puzzle pieces 2 in which four pieces at four corners are removed in four rows and four rows, and four pieces at the center are arranged. The puzzle pieces 2 are separated from each other by a cross line 3 for partitioning them. Therefore, each puzzle piece 2 has a configuration in which the two pieces are connected to other puzzle pieces 2. Each puzzle piece 2 is formed of a relatively thick paper having a substantially square shape, and resin films such as polypropylene are attached to both sides of the paper, and the puzzle pieces 2 are connected by the resin film 4. Such a combination puzzle can be easily manufactured by the method for manufacturing a combination puzzle of the present invention described in detail later. Since a combination puzzle can be folded many times, each puzzle piece 2 is replaced with a resin film 4 like this.
Even if a puzzle piece is formed by using thick paper, the combination puzzle can be played easily without folding folds when it is folded in multiple layers, and a tough and durable combination puzzle can be obtained.

Even if the above-mentioned structure is not used, for example, only a paper base material in which a puzzle line and a separation line are formed on one sheet of paper base material and each puzzle piece is connected to each other through the broken line. Of course, it may be configured as follows. Further, each puzzle piece is not limited to a base material such as a cardboard, and may be a synthetic resin material, that is, the whole combination puzzle 1 may be formed of a synthetic resin sheet.

Further, as is apparent from FIG. 1, punching holes 5 are formed at the intersections of the connecting portions of the puzzle pieces 2, and the thickness corresponding to the complicated folding is released. So that it can be easily folded. Of course, such a punching hole may not be provided depending on the material and thickness of the base material used.

On the front and back surfaces of the combination puzzle 1 shown in FIG. 1, for example, six kinds of letters A to F of the alphabet are attached as shown in FIGS. Here, for the time being, the side shown in FIG. 2A is the front side, and the side shown in FIG. 2B is the back side.
Correspond to each other, and so on. Also, the directions with letters A to F are different from each other so that, for example, when four puzzle pieces with letters A are prepared, one of the four puzzle pieces will show one pattern. is there. That is,
Each puzzle piece represents a quarter of a pattern. Note that, in FIG. 2, for simplification of illustration, the cross-shaped line (separation line) 3 in FIG. 1 is shown by a solid line, the connecting portion (the broken line) of the puzzle piece 4 by the resin sheet 4 is shown by a broken line, and the punched hole 5 is shown. Is omitted.

According to this, first, when the puzzle piece indicated by 10 is turned upside down from the state of the plane as shown in (a), four puzzle pieces stand up in a continuous state and become the state of (b). Next, the right side portion is integrally tilted inward (state (c)), and then the puzzle piece 11 is overlapped with the puzzle piece 12 to be flatly folded into the state (d). Finally, if the four puzzle pieces on the upper side and the left side are folded back, as shown in (e), the four puzzle pieces with the letter E will be completed. In addition, you can enjoy another combination by devising a different folding method.

As described in detail above, according to the combination puzzle of the present invention, four of the four corners are removed from each of the four vertical and horizontal rows, and the central four are separated by a cross line. Separated, each puzzle piece has two pieces connected to each other, so you can use it by not only bending the puzzle piece, but also flipping the puzzle piece from front to back or from back to front. Because of that, the combination of folding methods becomes complicated, and it is possible to make combination puzzles that adults with extremely high difficulty can fully enjoy.
