Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a surplus power from being consumed by a method wherein a drink cooling heating device for a vehicle is disposed in the vicinity of the discharge port of an air-conditioner such that a radiation fin is communicating to the discharge port of the air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION:When a current in a specified direction is caused to flow to a Peltier element 4, the temperature of a side 4a adhered to a holder 1 is reduced and the temperature of a side 4b adhered to a radiation fin 5 is increased. As a result, heat is absorbed at the side 4a of the Peltier element 4 and beverage 2 is cooled through a holder 1. Meanwhile, heat is generated at the side 4b of the Peltier element 4, the heat is transmitted to the radiation fin 5. However, the heat is removed through the flow of air from an air conditioner discharge port 6 to the radiation fin 5. This constitution obviate the need to mount a means which causes the re-flow of air to the radiation fin 5 and prevents consumption of the surplus power.

No. 7 publication is known. These are a holder that contains a beverage to be cooled or heated and that is made of a heat conductive material, a thermo module that is in close contact with one surface of the holder, and a radiation fin that is in close contact with the side surface of the thermo module opposite to the holder. The thermo module takes heat of the beverage through the holder, releases the taken heat to the heat radiation fin side, and the heat radiation fin releases the heat to the outside.

In the above apparatus, since the heat radiation efficiency is low only with the heat radiation fins, a blower fan for circulating the outside air to the heat radiation fins is provided in the vicinity of the heat radiation fins. Therefore, electric power is required to drive the fan to rotate. On the other hand, since the thermomodule has low work efficiency, excessive power is consumed to improve the work efficiency. Therefore, the electric power required to drive the fan is added to the electric power required to operate the thermo module, so that very much electric power is required, that is, the electric power required to drive the fan becomes extra power. Is very difficult to use for automobiles that use a battery as a drive source.

A Peltier element (thermo module) 4 is provided below the holder 1 in FIG. The upper side surface 4a of the Peltier element 4 in FIG. 1 is in close contact with the bottom surface of the holder 1, and the lower side surface 4b of the Peltier element 4 in FIG. 1 is in close contact with the heat radiation fin 5. The Peltier element 4 is an element in which P-type and N-type semiconductors are alternately arranged in an electrically closed circuit, and any one of the upper side surface 4a and the lower side surface 4b is caused by flowing a current. The side surface of is hot and the other side is cold. That is, the low temperature side and the high temperature side can be switched depending on the direction of the current.

As shown in FIG. 2, the radiation fins 5 closely attached to the lower side surface 4b of the Peltier element 4 in FIG. 1 are made of aluminum (Al) arranged so as to cover the wavy fin portions 4a and the fin portions 4a. The heat radiating fins 5 are for radiating the heat taken from the beverage 2. As shown in FIG. 3, guide plates 8 are fixed to both sides of the heat radiation fins 5, and the heat radiation fins 5 are connected to the air conditioner outlets 6 through the guide plates 8 so as to prevent It is fixed to the outlet 6. Therefore, the radiating fins 5 receive the air blown from the air conditioner outlets 6 so that the beverage 2
It is designed to release the heat taken from it. An insulator 7 made of sponge or the like is interposed between the radiating fins 5 and the air conditioner outlet 6, and the insulator 7 prevents wind from leaking between the two.

As shown in the figure, a part of the cover 3 extends to the air conditioner outlet 6 side, and the beverage 2 and the air conditioner outlet 6 communicate with each other through the opening 9. For example,
This is effective when it is desired to cool the beverage 2 during cooling. In addition, when it is desired to cool the beverage 2 during heating, a means for interrupting the communication between the beverage 2 and the air conditioner outlet 6 is required.
