(Conventional technology and its problems) As shown in Figure 1, a vertical die-casting machine has multiple tie bars erected in parallel, and the upper and lower ends of the tie bars are each fixed by an upper fixing member and a lower fixing member, and the lower A fixed member is equipped with a hot water supply device, and an elevating board moves up and down along tie bars. However, because the hot water supply equipment is constantly supplying high-temperature molten metal (650 to 700°C if the molten metal is aluminum), the lower fixing member thermally expands.
The tie bar spacing increases at the bottom of the tie bar.

On the other hand, the upper fixed member is equipped with a direct pressure hydraulic cylinder for raising and lowering the elevator plate, and pressure oil cooled to around room temperature is constantly circulated. are separated during most of the die-casting process, and the mold parting surface is cooled by spray every time the mold is opened, so the temperature of the upper fixing member does not rise much, and the tie bar spacing at the top of the tie bar hardly increases. .

Therefore, while the die-casting operation continues, the parallelism of the tie bars changes from a rectangular parallelepiped shape to a truncated pyramid shape. However, such deformation was not taken into consideration at the design stage, and the tie bars and elevator plate were fitted with precise dimensions so that they could slide freely. As soon as the deformation occurs, when the lifting plate descends downward, a mismatch occurs between the spacing between the bushing insertion holes of the lifting plate and the lower spacing of the tie bars, and the lifting plate bites into the tie bars at the bottom, making it difficult to close and open the mold. There have been accidents where the lift has become difficult, damaged the tie bars, and even caused the elevator to become jammed and become unable to move.

Therefore, the problem can be solved by suppressing the expansion of the lower fixing member, which is the cause of the deformation, so if you try to cool the lower fixing member, the heat of the molten metal will be taken away and the molten metal temperature will drop more than necessary. As a result, there are problems such as undesirable problems such as wrinkles on the product surface and high cooling costs.

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention was devised in view of the drawbacks of the conventional example, and its purpose is to make it possible to smoothly ascend and descend the elevating board without specifically cooling the lower fixing member. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator device for a vertical die-casting machine with a simple structure.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a plurality of tie bars 1 erected in parallel, and both upper and lower ends of the tie bars 1 are connected to the upper fixing member 2 and the lower fixing member 3. In a vertical die-casting machine in which the lower fixing member 3 is equipped with a water heater 4 and the lifting plate 5 moves up and down along the tie bar 1, a bush 6 slidably inserted into the tie bar 1 is attached to the lifting plate 5. It loosely fits into the drilled bush insertion hole 7, and an elastic body 8 is interposed between the bush insertion hole 7 and the bush 6.

(Function) When the die casting machine configured as described above performs continuous die casting work, high temperature molten metal is intermittently supplied from the water heater to the mold cavity 24 through the lower fixing member 3 at short time intervals. As a result, the lower fixing member 3 to which the lower end of the tie bar 1 is fixed increases in temperature and thermally expands.

On the other hand, the heating temperature of the lower fixing member 3 is only slightly transmitted to the upper fixing member 2 via the elevator plate 5 during the mold closing period, but otherwise it is spaced apart from the fixed mold 20, and the lower fixing member 3 It is difficult to thermally expand.

Therefore, a difference in thermal expansion occurs between the upper fixing member 2 and the lower fixing member 3, and the attached state of the tie bar 1 becomes pyramidal, although it is very slight.

During die casting work, a lifting board 5 moves up and down along tie bars 1 to open and close the mold. At that time,
Even if a dimensional mismatch occurs between the tie bar 1 and the lifting plate 5 due to thermal expansion of the lower fixing member 3, the bushing insertion hole 7 of the lifting plate 5 and the bush 6 are loosely fitted, so the tie bar 1 and A margin is created in between, so that the lifting plate 5 can move up and down smoothly along the tie bar 1 without sticking.

Furthermore, even if there is a margin due to the presence of the elastic body 8 when the lifting plate 5 is raised or lowered, the lifting plate 5 always rises and lowers almost along the center of the four tie bars 1, and the lifting plate 5 rises to the top of the tie bars 1. When you do that, you won't be left unsteady or biased to one side.

(Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to illustrated examples.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the vertical die-casting machine of the present invention, in which a plurality of tie bars 1 are erected in parallel.
The upper and lower ends of the tie bar 1 are fixed by an upper fixing member 2 and a lower fixing member 3, respectively, and the lower fixing member 3 is equipped with a hot water supply device 4, so that an elevator plate 5 can be moved up and down along the tie bar 1. ing. The lower fixing member 3 is composed of a bottom plate 9 and a bolster 10 fixed to the bottom plate 9, and the lower fixing member 3 is mounted on a frame 11. A plurality of pieces (in this example, there are four pieces, but the number is not limited to this, of course, and there are three to two pieces)
Sometimes it's a book. Here, we will mainly explain the case of four lines. ) Tie bars 1 are erected in parallel to the four corners of the bottom plate 9, and their upper ends are fixed by upper fixing members 2. An elevating plate 5 is disposed on the tie bar 1 so as to be movable up and down, and the elevating plate 5 is raised and lowered by a direct pressure hydraulic cylinder 12 mounted on the upper fixing member 2. Figure 2 shows tie bar 1 on lifting platform 5.
It is an enlarged view of the inserted part. Bush insertion holes 7 are bored in the four corners of the elevator board 5, and bushes 6 are loosely fitted into the bush insertion holes 7 with gaps of about 0.4 to 0.7 mm on each side. The bush 6 is composed of an outer sleeve 13 and an inner sleeve 14. The inner sleeve 14 is made of metal such as oil-impregnated cast iron or gunmetal, and is press-fitted into the outer sleeve 13. The outer sleeve 13 is formed in a step shape to match the bush insertion hole 7, and the height of the step portion 15 is approximately equal to the height of the recessed step portion 16 of the bush insertion hole 7.
The step part 15 of the outer sleeve 13 is held from above and below by a presser ring 17 attached to the upper surface of the elevator plate 5 and a recessed step part 16. A groove 18 is formed on the outer periphery of the stepped portion 15 of the outer sleeve 13 and on the outer periphery of the lower part of the outer sleeve 13, into which an O-ring 8, which is an elastic body, is fitted. An inner sleeve 14 is provided on the side of the elevator 5.
A lubricating hole 19 is drilled to reach the inner surface of the inner sleeve 14, so that the inner surface of the inner sleeve 14 can be lubricated. The tie bar 1 is slidably inserted into the inner sleeve 14. A fixed mold 20 is mounted on the bolster 10, and a movable mold 21 is mounted on the lower surface of the elevator plate 5. An injection cylinder 22 is disposed below the bottom plate 9 and housed in a pit 23 below the frame 11. The plunger tip 27 of the injection cylinder 22 is vertically housed in the bolster 10 and inserted into an injection sleeve 25 communicating with the mold cavity 24 so as to be able to move up and down.

Subsequently, when the injection cylinder 22 is operated and the piston is raised, the molten metal within the injection sleeve 25 is pushed up, injected into the mold cavity 24, and held in that state. Thereafter, the molten metal injected into the cavity 24 is gradually cooled and solidified, and when the entire solidification is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is activated, and the movable mold 21 is raised together with the lifting plate 5 to open the mold. At this time, the solidified die-cast product 35
moves up together with the movable mold 21 and separates from the fixed mold 20. The plunger tip 27 of the injection cylinder 22 also attaches to the riser of the die-cast product 35 and rises to the top dead center, then descends and leaves to return to the bottom dead center.
The eject pin 36, which stops the movable mold 21 at the top dead center, operates to remove the die-cast product 35 from the movable mold 21, and the die-cast product 35 is taken out of the device by a take-out device (not shown).
When the removal of the die-cast product 35 is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is activated again, and the elevator plate 5 is lowered together with the movable mold 21 to close the mold. Thereafter, the above-described operations are repeated to perform the die-casting operation.

Now, when the die-casting operation is performed continuously as described above, high-temperature molten metal is continuously supplied to the cavity 24 through the injection sleeve 25, and the bottom plate 9 including the bolster 10 is heated by the heat of the molten metal. The temperature gradually rises, thermal expansion occurs, and the distance between the lower ends of the tie bars 1 increases. On the other hand, the upper fixing member 2
For example, a direct pressure type hydraulic cylinder 12 is installed in which pressure oil cooled and maintained at about 40°C circulates, and the movable mold 21 is in contact with the molten metal only during injection, and is constantly in contact with the molten metal. It is much shorter than the lower fixing member 3 which is in contact with the high temperature molten metal, and when the mold is opened, cleaning water is sprayed to clean the parting surfaces of both molds 20 and 21, so the temperature rise is small. At the top of tie bar 1, the tie bar spacing hardly increases. That is, the relationship between the tie bar 1 and the upper and lower fixing members becomes a truncated pyramid, although it is very slight. Therefore, when the bushings 6 are fitted to the tie bars 1 without any allowance as in the conventional example, when the lifting plate 5 is lowered, the tie bar 1 is fitted with a smaller spacing between the centers of the bushing insertion holes 7 of the lifting plate 5. The center spacing is wider (approximately 0.4 mm on one side), and the tie bar 1 will bite into the bush insertion hole 7, but according to the present invention, the tie bar 1 and the elevator board will be separated due to thermal expansion of the lower fixing member 3. Even if a dimensional mismatch occurs between the bushing 6 and the bushing insertion hole 7, there is a margin between the bushing hole 7 and the tie bar 1 because the bushing 6 is loosely fitted into the bushing insertion hole 7. Button 6 is along diameter (horizontal)
It is movable in the direction and does not bite. At this time, the stepped portion 15 of the bush 6 horizontally slides slightly in the radial direction of the tie bar 1 between the presser ring 17 and the recessed stepped portion 16 as the elevator plate 5 moves up and down. Furthermore, even if there is a margin due to the presence of the elastic body 8, the lifting plate 5 always moves up and down almost along the center of the four tie bars 1, and there is no possibility that it will wobble at the top of the tie bars 1 or be biased to one side. There isn't.

(Effects of the present invention) As described above, the present invention involves erecting multiple tie bars in parallel, fixing the upper and lower ends of the tie bars with an upper fixing member and a lower fixing member, and attaching the water heater to the lower fixing member. In a vertical die-casting machine that is equipped with a lift board that moves up and down along the tie bar, the bush that is slidably inserted into the tie bar is loosely fitted into the bush insertion hole drilled in the lift board, and the button is connected to the button insertion hole. Since an elastic body is interposed between the tie bars, the temperature of the lower fixing member gradually increases due to continuous die-casting work and thermally expands, expanding the gap between the lower ends of the tie bars. Even if the relationship between the fixing members becomes pyramidal and there is a dimensional mismatch between it and the lifting board, the bush will still move along the tie bar because there is a margin between the bush insertion hole and the tie bar. Not only is it possible to smoothly open and close the mold without causing any sticking, but also the mold can be opened and closed smoothly even if mismatching occurs due to thermal expansion, so cooling of the lower fixing member as in the conventional case is omitted. It has the advantage of being able to reduce costs. Furthermore, since an elastic body is interposed between the bush insertion hole and the bush, even if there is a margin between the bush insertion hole and the bush, the lifting board is supported by the elastic body, so that the upper There is also the advantage that the lift plate does not wobble when moved, and when going up and down, it always goes up and down along the center of the four tie bars, and does not lean to one side. be.
