Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the construction of a partition wall by fitting flange parts of coupling fixtures in coupling parts formed along connected adjacent vertical side edges of opposing wall members on the opposite sides of a partition wall so that the wall members are spaced from each other. CONSTITUTION:One flange part 22 of a main coupling member 21 of a coupling fixture 20 is fitted in a fitting groove 15 in a coupling part 14 formed along a vertical side edge of a wall member attached to ceiling runners and wall runners. Further heat-insulating material 18 is filled inside of the wall member 11. Further, an opposite wall member 11 is attached to the associated runners outside of the former wall member 11, and a flange part 30 of an auxiliary coupling member 31 of the coupling member 20 is fitted in the wall member. Then, a coupling part 14 of a new wall member 11 is fitted and connected to the coupling member 14 of the previously set wall member 11 so that recessed and protruded parts 16, 17 are engaged together. Further, the flange parts is fitted in the fitting groove 15 of the newly wall member 11. Further, the heat insulating material 18 is filled, and the opposite wall member 11 is attached so as to constitute a partition wall 10.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional construction method for building walls, particularly partition walls, studs are set upright at a certain interval with respect to upper and lower runners attached to the ceiling and floor. It is common to attach and fix the fireproof partition wall by using a fireproof material for the base wall material, or to fill the space between the base wall material with a heat insulating material or a sound insulating material as needed. To achieve heat insulation and sound insulation performance.

In the conventional construction method as described above, however, the upper and lower runners, the studs, the heat insulating material or the sound insulating material and the base wall material are all attached by hand. Therefore, a great deal of manpower is required, and nowadays when manpower is insufficient, there is a great demand for shortening the construction period, simplifying the construction method, and automating each process. In addition, in a normal partition wall constructed by the conventional construction method, when the air layer is filled with a heat insulating material, the moist air in the wall body is likely to stagnate and the influence of moisture is likely to occur in the room. Therefore, the moisture problem is solved by applying a method of leaving an air layer (space in which air flows) with a certain width without adhering the face material and the heat insulating material.

The partition wall 1 of the present invention thus constructed
0 is constructed as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a ceiling runner 5 attached to a ceiling 2, a wall 3 and a floor 4 of a building 1 by marking out and a vertical wall runner 6 are provided.
And one of the wall materials 11 is attached and fixed to the floor runner 7 with screws. In this way, the main connecting member of the long connecting hardware 20 is fitted into the fitting groove 15 of the connecting portion 14 along the vertical side edge 12 of the wall material 11 attached to the ceiling runner 5, the vertical wall runner 6, and the floor runner 7. One of the flange portions 22 of 21 is fitted and attached, and the inside of the attached and fixed wall material 11 is filled with an insulating material such as rock wool or glass wool, and attached.
On the outside, the wall material 11 on the opposite side is similarly attached to the ceiling runner 5, the vertical wall runner 6 and the floor runner 7 by screws, and the auxiliary connecting member 3 of the connecting hardware 20 is attached.
The first flange portion 32 is fitted and attached. Subsequently, the connecting portion 1 of the wall member 11 to which the flange portion 22 of the main connecting member 21 of the connecting hardware 20 has been previously fitted and attached.
4, the connecting portion 14 of the new wall material 11 adjacent to
17 are fitted and connected so as to be firmly meshed, and the upper and lower edges of the wall material 11 are attached and fixed to the upper and lower ceiling runners 5 and floor runners 7 by screws. Then, the flange portion 22 of the main connecting member 21 of the connecting hardware 20 is fitted into the fitting groove 1 of the connecting portion 14 of the new adjacent wall member 11.
5 is fitted and attached, and the partition wall is constructed by filling the heat insulating material and attaching the wall material 11 on the opposite side as described above (FIGS. 2 and 3). It should be noted that, when the connecting portion 14 of the wall member 11 is fitted, it is preferable to use an appropriate adhesive in combination so as to connect more firmly.

According to the partition wall of the present invention thus constructed and the construction method thereof, the wall material is attached from both sides to the ceiling and floor runners and the vertical runner attached to the wall by screws. , The flanges of the main connecting member and the auxiliary connecting member of the elongated connecting metal fitting in the fitting groove provided adjacent to the connecting portion by fitting the connecting portion of the vertical side edge of the wall material with the connecting portion of the adjacent wall material The wall parts on both sides can be fitted and aligned at predetermined intervals to easily and quickly install and construct a partition wall. Furthermore, if necessary, an appropriate heat insulating material can be installed between the wall materials. It is possible to further improve the fireproof sound insulation performance by filling it with a sound insulation material, and it is possible to easily install the wall material at a predetermined interval using a long unique connecting metal object without using any studs. With simple means It is good and can be constructed automatically, the construction period can be shortened, the economic efficiency can be improved, and the effect of being able to construct a lightweight and high-performance fire and soundproof partition wall at low cost can be obtained. ..
