PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of an end mill with oil hole, to improve supply of a cutting oil from the inside of the end mill, and to elongate the life of a tool by providing the oil hole so that the helix angle of the oil hole is different from that of an outer peripheral cutting edge. CONSTITUTION:An oil hole 2 of a helix angle thetab that is different from a helix angle thetaa of a cutting edge is preliminarily provided, and an outlet 3 of a cutting oil is provided on a desired position. The manufacturing is possible with a less manufacturing man-hour, while the outlet 3 of the cutting oil can be freely set, and the cutting oil can be supplied to a position to be fed.
