Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture the above lightweight aerated concrete panel having favorable surface by a method wherein lightweight aerated concrete slurry is delayingly placed in molding forms in a plurality of times. CONSTITUTION:A form lead-in part 2, a first slurry placing part 3, a second slurry placing part 4 and a form lead-out part 5 are arranged in the order named from this side to the direction of conveying on the conveying surface of a carriage conveyor 1. Nearly half amount of the final placement of lightweight aerated concrete slurry 14 is placed in each molding form 13 and, after that, the remaining amount of the lightweight aerated concrete slurry 14 is placed on the placed slurry. Since the placement of slurry is performed by two times under the condition that placing times are delayed, even when air bubbles remain in the inner surface of the molding form 12, the flow of the lightweight aerated concrete slurry 14 developed at its following placement escapes the air bubbles left in the inner surface of the molding form from its inner surface, resulting in allowing to favorably finish the surface state of the placed slurry.

By the way, in recent years, many of the lightweight cellular concrete panels manufactured in this manner have a concavo-convex pattern formed on the panel surface in order to improve the design. The structure of the molding frame for that purpose is a structure in which a pattern sheet having elasticity having an uneven pattern formed on the surface is housed in the frame.

In molding the panel, first, a release agent such as oil is applied to the surface of the uneven pattern of the pattern sheet, and then a lightweight cellular concrete slurry is placed in the molding frame to temporarily cure and cure. . Then, after standing the molding formwork vertically, while holding the cured lightweight cellular concrete panel, the molding formwork is laid down to the horizontal state and released from the formwork. Aerated concrete panels can be molded.

However, in the manufacturing method as described above, when the lightweight cellular concrete slurry is placed in the molding form, air bubbles are entrained, and the air bubbles cause the uneven surface of the pattern sheet. It may be cured by curing while remaining in the. Then, the air bubbles remaining on the surface of the concave-convex pattern remain as holes on the panel surface after demolding, which causes a defect on the panel surface.

In particular, as a recent tendency, since there is a strong demand for deepening the engraving of the uneven pattern in order to give a high-class feeling due to the shadow, air bubbles are likely to remain on the uneven surface of the pattern sheet, causing defects. It is easily caused.

[Operation] In the method of placing the lightweight cellular concrete slurry into the molding frame in a plurality of times and with a time difference,
Even if air bubbles remain on the inner surface of the mold when the lightweight cellular concrete slurry is first placed, if the lightweight cellular concrete slurry is next placed, it will remain on the inner surface of the form due to the flow of the slurry at that time. Since the air bubbles that have been released are released from the surface of the mold, the surface condition can be finished well.

Besides, the method of letting air bubbles 17 remaining on the inner surface of the mold of the molding mold 13 escape from the surface is not limited to the above example, and may be the method shown in FIG. 7, for example. This is one in which the lightweight cellular concrete slurry 14 is cast in the molding frame 13 and then the air 22 is blown from the air jet nozzle 21 to the slurry near the cast portion. Then, vibration is imparted to the lightweight cellular concrete slurry 14 cast in the molding frame 13 by blowing air 22, so that the air bubbles 17 remaining on the inner surface of the frame due to the vibration at that time are generated. Since it escapes from the inner surface of the frame, the surface condition can be finished well.
