[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a storage furniture system that partitions a room or creates a storage wall by arranging it between opposing walls in a room, and particularly relates to improvements in interior furniture. It is something.

If you are trying to partition a room or create a storage wall by arranging multiple storage furniture in a line between opposing walls in a room, the multiple storage furniture will fit tightly between the walls. It is rare for the furniture to fit, and in many cases there will be gaps between the storage furniture or between the storage furniture and the wall. Conventionally, therefore, a measure has been taken to improve the appearance by closing these gaps using joint boards. However, although this corrects the problem with the appearance, there is a problem in that the space blocked by the joint plate is wasted, and this space cannot be used effectively as a storage space.

For this reason, the present applicant has previously proposed, in Japanese Patent Application No. 169825/1983, to install space furniture between these spaces, and to correct the defects in appearance by blocking the spaces with space furniture. To provide furniture that can be used as part of a storage space.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of storage furniture 2, 2, etc. are arranged in a line between the walls 1, 1 of the room, and the storage furniture 2 is created between the storage furniture 2, 2.
A spacer furniture 3 whose width is much narrower than the width of the spacer is inserted to close this space, and the spacer furniture 3 is vertically long and thin as shown in Figures 3 and 4. It is formed from a flat furniture body 4 and a storage panel 5. The furniture body 4 is composed of a bottom plate 13, a back plate 14, a side plate 15, and a top bag 16, and an upper rail 17 is provided on the bottom surface of the top bag 16 and the top surface of the bottom plate 13, respectively.
and the lower rail 18 are attached. Moreover, the storage panel 5 has a vertical frame 7 constructed between the front ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames 6, 6, and a supporting vertical frame 19 between approximately the center of the horizontal frames 6, 6.
It is made up of a frame 8 on which a frame 8 is constructed, and a panel 9 made of a hanger net or the like and attached to the frame 8 with a mounting bracket 20.The front side of the vertical frame 7 is a door plate with a handle 21. 10 is installed. Then, the upper and lower horizontal frames 6, 6 of the storage panel 5 are slidably inserted into the upper and lower rails 17, 18, and as shown in FIG.
As shown by the solid line, the storage panel 5 is placed inside the interior furniture 3, and the front opening of the interior furniture 3 is closed with the door plate 10.
In addition, objects are stored by pulling the handle 21 of the door plate 10, pulling out the storage panel 5, and hooking the objects to be stored in the mesh. However, a problem with this device is that when the storage panel 5 is inserted into and removed from the furniture main body 4, it tends to rattle and cannot be smoothly inserted and removed. That is, the horizontal frame 6 on the lower side of the storage panel 5 slides within the lower rail 18, but the horizontal frame 6 on the upper side
When this occurs, it swings from side to side within the upper rail 17, causing rattling. Another problem with this item is that if the storage panel 5 is pulled out too much than the furniture body 4, the upper and lower horizontal frames 6,
6 comes off from the front ends of the upper and lower rails 17 and 18,
This means that the storage panel 5, which is formed thin, falls over.

〓The furniture body 4 and storage panel 5 of the room furniture 3 are the third
Although the structure is almost the same as that shown in FIGS.
1 and 11 are mounted so as to be horizontally rotatable. The guide rolls 11, 11 are supported on the lower surface of a mounting plate 24, and are mounted by fixing the mounting plate 24 to the ceiling surface of the furniture body 4 with screws 25. The pair of guide rolls 11, 11 face each other on their peripheral surfaces via a booth, and this booth is located at the center of the front end of the upper rail 17, and the opening at the front end of the upper rail 17 is located at the center of the front end of the upper rail 17. 11 so that the guide roll 11 is covered with
11 has been installed. Further, a guide protrusion 15 is attached to the upper surface of the horizontal frame 6 on the storage panel 5, and projects upward from the front end to the rear thereof. The guide protrusion 12 is formed so that its thickness is approximately the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness of the booth between the guide rolls 11, 11. A pair of rolling guide rolls 22, 22 are attached to the upper surface of the horizontal frame 6 at a position behind the guide protrusion 12 so as to be horizontally rotatable. As shown in FIG. 7, the pair of rolling guide rolls 22 are installed so that one is shifted to the right and the other to the left with respect to the center line of the horizontal frame 6.
The distance in the width direction of the horizontal frame 6 between the right end of the upper rail 1 and the left end of the left rolling guide roll 22 is
The distance between the inner surfaces of both side pieces 23, 23 of No. 7 is set to be approximately the same or slightly smaller.

Thus, the storage panel 5 is attached to the furniture body 4 by fitting the lower horizontal frame 6 into the lower rail 18 and the upper horizontal frame 6 into the upper rail 17, respectively. When fitted into the upper rail 17, the rolling guide rolls 22, 22 are attached to the upper rail 1.
The guide protrusion 12 is inserted between the side plates 23 and 23 of 7, and the guide protrusion 12 is inserted into the booth between the guide rolls 11 and 11. When the storage panel 5 is pulled out from the furniture body 4 by pulling the handle 21, the guide protrusion 1 is attached to the front part of the storage panel 5 as shown in FIG.
2 is guided between the guide rolls 11, 11, and at the rear of the storage panel, a pair of rolling guide rolls 22, 22 roll on the inner surfaces of the side plates 23, 23 of the upper rail 17, respectively. Therefore, the storage panel 5 is pulled out as shown in FIG. 5 with the front and rear parts guided respectively, and the upper part of the storage panel 5 is pulled out smoothly within the upper rail 17 without wobbling. Withdrawals can be made. In addition, storage panel 5
If you try to pull it out further, the rolling guide roll 22 will hit the guide roll 11, and the storage panel 5 will not be pulled out any further, and the storage panel 5 will slip out from the tips of the upper and lower rails 17 and 18. is prevented. At this time, when removing the storage panel 5 from the furniture body 4, remove the screws 25 and attach the mounting plate 24 to the guide roll 11.
All you have to do is remove it.

As described above, in the present invention, a guide protrusion extending from the front end of the storage panel to the rear part is inserted into the booth between the pair of guide rolls, so that the front part of the storage panel is moved by the guide rolls. The rear part of the storage panel is guided by the rolling guide rolls, and a pair of rolling guide rolls provided at the rear of the storage panel roll against the inner surface of the side plate of the upper rail, and as a result, the storage panel can be smoothly inserted into and removed from the main body of the furniture without rattling within the upper rail. Moreover, when the storage panel is pulled out to a large extent, the rolling guide roll comes into contact with the guide roll, thereby preventing the storage panel from slipping off from the upper rail.
