Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the fault based on the tension applied onto an electric wire so as to enhance its reliability and adaptability to an automatic manufacturing process by incorporating an elastic body having an electric wire holding groove into an electric wire pressure welding part of a circuit conductor to be arranged in a junction circuit body. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of conductor insertion grooves 14a are formed on a circuit board, which constitutes a junction circuit body, and an electric wire holding part 14b is provided at the location corresponding to a pressure welding terminal part 15a of a junction bar 15 on its both sides. An elastic body 16 which forms an electric wire holding grooves 16a is mounted on the holding part 14b and a slot 15b of the bar 15 inserted into an insertion groove 14a is fitted to the holding groove 16a. When a covered electric wire is arranged on the holding part 14b and is forced into the slot 15b of the bar 15 by means of an automatic wiring machine, the electric wire is pressure-welded and concurrently its both sides are held by the holding grooves 16a. Accordingly, even when an electric wire is bent, no stress is exerted directly on the pressure- welded part thereby preventing faults such as breakage or fallout.

The elastic body 23 when the covered electric wire 7 is pressure-welded,
The operation of 23 'is similar to that of FIGS.
This is similar to the operation of the elastic body 16 described above. That is, the covered electric wire 7 is pressed against the slots 21e and 21f, and the electric wire holding grooves 23a of the elastic bodies 23 and 23 'are
Both outer sides of the press contact portion are sandwiched by 23 ', and even when the covered electric wire 7 is bent due to the influence of tension applied during installation, the covered electric wire 7 is gripped by the wire holding grooves 23a, 23a', so that The tension applied to the covered electric wire 7 is relaxed without directly acting on the pressure contact portion, and the slot 21 of the covered electric wire 7 is relaxed.
It is possible to prevent the occurrence of obstacles such as falling off from e and 21f, breakage, and cutting.

According to the present invention, since the slot of the wire pressure contact portion provided in the circuit conductor and the wire holding groove of the elastic body of the wire holding portion are provided so as to coincide with each other, the wire pressed into the slot is connected to the wire. It can be held elastically by being sandwiched by the holding groove, and the tension applied to the wire at the time of wiring is relaxed without directly acting on the pressure contact part, preventing the pressure contacted wire from falling out of the slot, breaking, cutting, etc. Reliability and adaptability to automated manufacturing processes is significantly improved. In addition, there is no need for a holding component to be attached to the press contact portion, which is advantageous in that it helps to reduce the weight and speed up the manufacturing process.
