Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
イ 考案の目的
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、電子機器に発生し、又電子機器に伝
搬する電磁ノイズを抑制するための筒状コアを使
用する縦置き型の端子板付きコモンモードチヨー
クコイルに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来この種のコモンモードチヨークコイルは第
3図,及び第4図に示すように、筒状コアを収納
したコアケース31とコアの軸方向と平行な仕切
り板8とが一体に形成されている縦置き型の支持
板付きコアケースは、コアの軸方向を2分割する
仕切り板8で、コアケースに巻線したコイルを2
つに分割し、蓋部材12の上面に取付けた縦溝1
6を持つ上部仕切り14に仕切り板8を嵌合し、
組み合せたものであつた。又、コアケース上に巻
回したコイルと端子板が一体であり、コアから出
た巻線端末を溝に挿入し、その固定は接着剤で行
つていた。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
コアケース上に巻回するコイルを作る作業で、
従来は仕切り板とコイルを巻いたコアケースが一
体であるため、コイルの巻回作業が困難であり、
又、巻線端末を仕切り板の溝に挿入し、接着剤で
固定する方法は、作業も困難であり、高価になる
という欠点があつた。
ロ 考案の構成
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本考案は、仕切り板とコイルを巻回するコアケ
ースを別々にすることにより、コイルの巻回作業
を容易にし、コアを収納するコアケースに予め取
り付けた、端子板に設けた溝と嵌合する、爪付き
の凸部を端子板の溝に挿入することにより、巻線
端末を押さえることができるようになり、安価で
作業が容易なコモンモードコイルを提供する。
即ち本考案は、高比透磁率磁性材料よりなる筒
状コアを絶縁材料よりなるコアケース本体に収納
し、蓋板をかぶせてコアケースとし、2つの巻線
をコモンモードに巻線してコモンモードコイルを
形成し、コアケースに取付けた嵌合溝に爪付き仕
切り板を嵌合して蓋板とコアケース本体を一体に
し、絶縁材料よりなり一定間隔に端面に2対、計
4ケ所の溝が設けてある端子板に、コアケースの
下部端面に取り付けてある端子板方向に割り溝と
爪を持つ凸部によりコイルの巻線端末を押さえ、
端子板とコアケースを一体にしたことを特徴とす
るコモンモードコイルである。
〔作用〕
本考案において、2つのコモンモード巻線を2
分するための仕切り板は、コアケースと別に用意
してあるため、コイルの巻回作業は容易となり、
コアケースにコイルを巻線後、仕切り板をコアケ
ースに取り付けてある嵌合溝に挿入嵌合して2つ
のコイルを電気的に絶縁し、絶縁ケース側面に4
ケ所の内側へ向く爪を取り付け、下面中央に割り
溝を取り付けてある4個の凸部により端子板の4
ケ所の溝と嵌合し、コイルの巻線端末は凸部の割
り溝を通し端子板の下方へ引き出すと共に、端子
板の端部と凸部割り溝とにより固定する。従つ
て、樹脂組立て体のみの組合せにより、接着剤を
用いずに容易にコモンモードコイルを組立て形成
できる。
〔実施例〕
第1図において、高い比透磁率特性を持つ筒状
コアを絶縁材料よりなるコアケース本体3aに収
納し、コアケース本体3a、及び蓋板20の上
面、下面には仕切り板8を挿入するための嵌合溝
1がケース内径方向に嵌合溝が向くよう端面夫々
に上面に2ケ、下面に2ケ計4ケ設けてある。
又、コアケース本体3aと蓋板20の上面、下面
の下部には、端子板5と結合し固定するための爪
を設け中央に割り溝11を取り付けた凸部6が、
コアケース本体上面と蓋板20の上面に、ある一
定の間隔で設けてある。コアケース本体3aに蓋
板20をかぶせ、コアケース3とし、コアケース
3にコモンモード巻線を適当な回数で巻回してコ
モンモードコイルを形成する。端子板5は絶縁材
料よりなり、長手側面にはコアケースに巻回した
コイルの巻線端末と、先がコアケース側を向く爪
7を持ち、先端中央に割り溝11を持つ凸部に嵌
合するための溝9がコアケースの凸部6と同じ位
置に設けてあり、溝9は端子板端面に4ケ所設け
てある。コアケースに巻線を施してコイルを形成
し、仕切り板8をコアケース嵌合溝に挿入し、仕
切り板8の仕切り板爪10によりコアケースと蓋
板20を固定し、コイル巻線端末を凸部6を割り
溝11より引き出し、端子板5に凸部6を挿入
し、コイルを固定し、コモンモードコイルを完成
する。
ハ 考案の効果
以上説明したように、本考案によれば端子板と
コイルが独立しているため巻回作業が容易にな
り、コイルの巻線端末押さえが今までの接着剤で
はなく割り溝と端子板に固定する爪を持つ凸部に
より固定することができ、作業が容易で安価なコ
モンモードコイルを提供することが可能となつ
