Description of the Related Art Currently, commercially available conductive pastes use metal powders such as silver, copper, palladium, gold and platinum and metal oxide powders such as stannic oxide as conductive components. The conductive paste using silver was likely to cause insulation failure because silver was likely to migrate, and the conductive paste using copper was apt to be oxidized because copper was likely to be oxidized. Further, there is a problem that metal powders such as palladium, gold and platinum are very expensive, and metal oxide powders have poor conductivity. Furthermore, the organic vehicle used for forming a paste is not essentially necessary for the development of conductivity, so it must be removed outside the system at the practical stage, which is one of the causes of contaminating the work environment. It could be one.

It is to provide a paste. The conductive paste in the present invention uses, as metallized particles having conductivity, a functionally graded material having a large amount of silver components on the surface of the particles and a large amount of copper components inside the particles, which is composed of acrylates and a thermosetting resin component. It is dispersed in an organic vehicle. The metallized particles used in the present invention is a solid solution of silver and copper, and is a functionally graded material in which the surface of the particles has many silver components and the inside of the particles has many copper components.
