The present invention relates to a structure of an electronic device case, and more particularly to a structure of a case that facilitates adjustment and removal of components mounted on a board in the case.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

7 to 10 show an example of a structure in which a component mounted in a conventional electronic device case is adjusted and the component is removed through an opening of the case. FIG. 7 is an external perspective view of a structure in which the top surface of the case is entirely opened. To explain the structure with reference to FIG. 7, reference numeral 1 is a case formed by punching and bending a single metal material. The side surface 3 of the case is bent into a frame shape by the connecting pieces 2 provided at the four corners of the above. A board 4 is mounted in the case 1, and an intermediate frequency transformer 5 and a semi-fixed resistor 6 which are parts for adjustment are mounted on the board 4, and a transformer core 5a and a resistance knob 6a are respectively rotated. To make a predetermined adjustment. FIG. 8 is an external perspective view of a structure in which an opening 21 for adjusting a component is provided on the upper surface of a case 20 whose upper portion is covered with a metal plate. The same parts as those in FIG. 7 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the duplicate description will be omitted. FIG. 9 is an external perspective view of a structure in which an opening 31 for adjusting components is provided on the side surface of the case 30. In the case 30 shown in FIG. 9, adjustment components 7 and 8 each having an adjusting portion horizontal to the board surface are mounted on the board 4 mounted inside, and the case is adjusted through an opening 31 on the side surface of the case. It was done like this.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, the conventional case opening structures have the following drawbacks. The case 1 in FIG. 7 is formed by punching a single metal material and bending the four corners with the connecting pieces 2. However, since the case side surface is not reinforced, the case is easily deformed and its strength is weak. In addition, since the opening on the top is large, there is a large amount of unwanted radiation outside the case of the high-frequency oscillator circuit (not shown) mounted on the board, and more often interference waves from the outside enter the case. On the other hand, in each of the cases shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, FIG. 8 is a case where the adjustment opening 21 is provided on the upper surface of the case 20, and FIG. 9 is a case where the adjustment opening 31 is provided on the side surface of the case 30. Therefore, compared to the structure shown in FIG. 7, the structure is such that the strength of the case, unnecessary radiation of high frequency, and jump-in are fully considered. However, in the cases shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, since the adjustment openings 21 and 31 are smaller than the outer shape of the adjustment parts, the adjustment parts 5, 6, 7, and 8 cannot be removed through the openings. As a countermeasure against this, for example, as shown in the external perspective view of FIG. 10, if the opening 41 on the upper surface of the case in which the adjusting components 5 and 6 are mounted is made larger than the upper surface dimension of the component, the opening shape in consideration of replacement and removal of the component is obtained. It is also possible to do it. However, in the case structure shown in FIG. 10, when a component is replaced, a jig for removing the component is also inserted through the upper surface opening 41, so that the component intersects with the jig, making it difficult to visually identify the detached portion between the component and the board from the outside of the case. Becomes Further, in the case structure shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, it is necessary to unify the adjustment points of the adjustment parts on one of the upper surface or the side surface. (Adjustment parts mounted on the case shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 9 are those whose adjustment points are located above the board. The adjustment parts attached to the case shown in FIG. Therefore, the degree of freedom in the procurement of adjustment parts is restricted, which contributes to the cost increase of parts.

An object of the present invention is to provide a case structure having a simple structure, which facilitates adjustment and removal of parts mounted on the end portion of a board in the case and improves workability.

FIG. 4 is an external perspective view showing a third embodiment of the present invention, showing an example in which a large number of end openings of the metal case 50 shown in FIG. .. In this metal case 50, reinforcing ribs 56 are provided on the edges 54 of the columns 55 between the openings 51. The reinforcing ribs 56 can provide sufficient strength even when a large number of openings are fitted on the edge surface of a thin metal case, and a large number of adjustment parts are provided on the substrate 4 along the openings 51. It can be mounted and has a structure that is sufficient for complex adjustments and frequent parts replacement.

FIG. 5 is an external perspective view showing a state where the cover 10 is fitted in the metal case 50 shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, even if the case 50 has a large number of openings 51, the upper side 52 and the side surface 53 of the case are kept at substantially the same potential in terms of high frequency through a plurality of columns 54. It is possible to suppress radiation of high frequency to the outside of the case through the and the jumping into the case from the outside to some extent. When the shield is further strengthened at high frequencies, the cover fitting claw 11 is locked over the support column 55 of the case 50, and the opening 51 is covered with the cover fitting claw 11. It suppresses the radiation of signals from the high-frequency oscillator circuit (not shown) installed in the case to the outside of the case and the intrusion of unwanted signals from the outside into the case.

FIG. 6 is an external perspective view showing a fourth embodiment of the present invention, showing an example in which an opening extending over two side surfaces is fitted. [Effect of the device]

As described above, according to the present invention, by providing the opening over two continuous surfaces, (1) even if the adjustment electric component mounted on the substrate has the adjustment surface in either the vertical direction or the horizontal direction. Since the adjustment can be done through the case opening, the degree of freedom in procuring parts can be increased and the cost of parts can be reduced. (2) Since replacement and removal of parts through the opening of the case allows operations such as inserting a jig and tool from the first surface and pulling out parts from the second surface, serviceability is improved. (3) Since it is possible to insert a connector that moves vertically and horizontally through the opening of the case, it is possible to connect a wide variety of connectors and diversify the products to be housed in the case.
