Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of machine work for forming the projecting section of a stator frame so as to improve the adhesion between an iron core and the stator frame by supporting a stator core toward the diametral center of the stator frame and forming a plurality of projections respectively having recessed sections forming thin wall-thickness sections in the length direction on the surface of the stator frame which does not come into contact with the stator core. CONSTITUTION:Projections 4 protruding inward for supporting a stator core 3 are formed on the internal surface of a piece of steel pipe formed by cutting a steel pipe to a prescribed length or rolling a steel plate in a cylindrical shape and welding the seam thus formed. Recessed shapes 7 forming thin wall-thickness sections are formed at the center of the outer peripheral surfaces 6 of the projections 4 on the opposite sides to the contact faces 5 of the projections 4 which come into contact with the outer periphery of the core 3. Because of the recessed shapes 7, the contact faces 5 have projecting shapes 9. The title stator frame is formed by forming such projections having contacts faces 5 with projecting shapes 9 at, for example, six locations on the internal surface of the steel pipe. Therefore, the stator core 3 can be stably fixed to the stator frame 8.

In the conventional stator frame, the projection for supporting the stator core in the case of JP-A-53-139106 and the stator core in the case of JP-A-56-150952 are used. Since the center part that is fitted and fixed is formed by plastic processing, the dimensional accuracy of the part that supports the stator core after molding due to springback of the stator frame material etc. is poor, and the stator core and stator There was a drawback that the frame did not completely adhere. In addition, in order to solve this defect of dimensional accuracy, there is also a defect that only the portion supporting the stator core needs to be machined after the stator frame is formed. The present invention eliminates the above drawbacks,
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the close contact between the iron core and the stator frame by eliminating the machining of the protruding portion of the stator frame.

[Function] The concave portion provided on the protrusion is molded by the mold at the same time when the protrusion is molded. At that time, the surface of the protrusion that comes into contact with the stator core becomes a convex shape due to the concave molding, and the inner surface is convex. The stator frame is provided with several protrusions having a mold shape.
By inserting the stator core into this stator frame, the convex inner surface of the projection is pushed by the stator core and the recess of the projection is provided. It is bent into a shape, and the inner surface of the protrusion makes close contact with the stator core.

In the drawing, a stator is formed by cutting an iron pipe into a predetermined size or winding a steel plate into a tubular shape to weld a seam to a steel tube 1 and projecting radially inward toward an inner surface 2 of the stator. A protrusion 4 that supports the iron core 3 is formed. A thin concave shape 7 is provided at the center of the outer peripheral surface 6 of the protrusion 4, which is opposite to the contact surface 5 with which the outer periphery 10 of the stator core 3 of the protrusion 4 contacts. The contact surface 5 has a convex shape 9 by providing the concave shape 7, and the stator frame 8 is formed by providing the steel pipe 1 with six projections 4 having the convex shape 9 on the contact surface 5. .

A mold and a press (not shown) are used for the steel pipe 1, and six projections 4 at predetermined positions are extruded to the inner surface side 2 of the steel pipe 1 for molding. At this time, by simultaneously forming the concave shape 7 in the central portion of the outer peripheral surface 6 of the projection 4, the thickness of the portion where the concave shape 7 is formed is thin. In this way, the molding of the protrusion 4 is completed, and the contact surface 5 of the protrusion 4 provided on the stator frame 8 taken out from the mold (not shown) has a concave shape 7.
The contact surface 5 has a convex shape 9 due to the processing stress at the time of molding.

The dimension d 1 of the stator frame 8 taken out from the mold (not shown) is d 1 = d 0 + with respect to the dimension d 0 of the stator core 3.
It is molded to be α. At this time, α is the press-fitting margin. Further, the maximum dimension d 2 of the convex shape of the protrusion 4 is d 2 > d 1 .

According to the stator frame of the present invention, due to the effect of the concave shape provided in a part of the non-contact surface of the protrusion with the stator core, all the protrusions provided in several places of the stator frame are fixed. The contact surface between the outer circumference of the child core and the protrusion is much improved compared to the conventional case, and the contact is made more stable, and the stator core can be stably fixed to the stator frame. Also, since the stator core and the stator frame are in good contact,
Machining of the contact surfaces is unnecessary. On the other hand, a method of welding the stator core and the stator frame by welding may be used to more firmly fix the stator core and the stator frame. In this case as well, the concave portion provided on the protrusion is thick. Since the thickness is thin, it is possible to easily perform welding such as laser welding by using the concave portion.
