Abstract

Before a mechanism is loaded on a cassette holder, the reel base 9 which can be vertically extended or compressed is a little rotated to eliminate loosening of a magnetic tape. Thereafter, a cassette holder is loaded to the mechanism 2 under the condition that the magnetic tape 3 is not loosened.
