め、この透孔を塞ぐ工程を別途必要とする場合が

芯を中心として適宜回転手段(図示せず)により
回転される。また、成形用へら13は鋼製であ
り、基部15に湾曲状の成形部17とこの成形部
17に連設された突起状のしごき突起部19が一
体形成されている。そして、この成形用へら13
は、適宜手段(図示せず)によつて矢印方向(第
1図において、A→B→C→D→A)に移動す
る。なお、成形用へら13における成形部17お

さがれていない。この後、第3図に示すように成
形用へら13のしごき突起部19をその円筒体1
1の回転軸芯近くまで移動させ、円筒体11の端
部を扱きながら閉塞し、図のようにしぼり凸部2
1を外側に形成する。そして、更に、成形用へら
13のしごき突起部19をその回転軸芯を通過さ
せることにより、このしぼり凸部21を切断し、
(第4図参照)、円筒体11の端部閉塞作業は終了
する(このとき成形用へら13は第1図における
Cの位置にある)。なお、円筒体11が回転して
いるのに対して成形用へら13が固定されている
ため、両者11,13の接触部には熱が発生する

溶断するものであるため、この方法を使用すれ
ば、一連の工程によつて、内側(閉塞部の)にバ
リを発生させることなく且つしぼり凸部に透孔を
発生させることなく、円筒体の端部を閉塞させる
ことができるものである。
