作業に手数を要するうえに取扱店の部品管理上も
多くの問題の残されたものであつた。このような
問題を解決した考案としては、短筒体の下端に多
孔性印材よりなる印字体を装着した印判本体と、
該印判本体をその上方の挿込用筒部をもつて下端
開口に挿込み保持させる筒状ホルダーと、スプリ
ングを内装した外套体との3部材よりなり、印判
本体をその上方の挿込用筒部をもつて前記筒状ホ
ルダーの下端開口に挿込むとともに、筒状ホルダ
ーの下端外側に前記スプリングをもつて常時は下
方に弾発される昇降動自在な外套体を設けたもの
が、実公昭55−29275号公報などにより提案され
ている。

簡単で、しかも、組立が容易なため顧客が要望し
た印字体があればその場で即座に組立てて製品と
して提供できるばかりか、外套体の外周面が筒状
ホルダーの外周面と同一面にあつてスプリング収
納のための膨出部分がないので極めて体裁がよい
うえに保管、持ち運び上便利であり、しかも、外
套体のシース本体は摺動せずに内部にある摺動鞘
体のみが摺動するため、筒状ホルダーと外套体と
の摺動面に外部より塵埃が入ることが全くなくて
摺動鞘体は長時間にわたり円滑に摺動できる特長
があり、印字体の交換も容易な利点と相まち実用
的価値極めて大なものである。

かせた組立式印判において、前記印判本体1の中
間外周には筒状ホルダー11の下端縁に上面が当
接する環状のストツパー2aが隆設され、また、
前記筒状ホルダー11はその下方部を切割13付
きの肉薄筒部14に形成してその境界部外周に段
部12を設けた合成樹脂製のものとし、さらに、
前記外套体21は下方内部に受段部23を形成し
た直筒状のシース本体24内に摺動鞘体25をそ
の上端に形成される短鍔部26が前記受段部23
上に位置するように嵌合して該摺動鞘体25の下
端をシース本体24の下端より突出させるととも
に該短鍔部26を受段部23に向け圧接するスプ
リング27を内装したものとして、前記筒状ホル
ダー11の肉薄筒部14の外側に外套体21をそ
の外周面と該筒状ホルダー11の外周面とが膨出
することのない同一径の連続面となり且つ前記ス
プリング27が前記ストツパー2aと前記受段部
23上の短鍔部26間に位置して前記摺動鞘体2
5が該スプリング27の弾発下に昇降動できるよ
うに前記シース本体24の上方の連結用筒部22
をもつて装脱自在に嵌装保持させたことを特徴と
