Flooring materials placed on floors to protect the floor and enhance interior decoration are made by laminating a base material layer made of polyvinyl chloride resin on a backing material made of nonwoven fabric, soft foam, etc. There are many. This kind of flooring can be removed from the floor and replaced when the pattern becomes less clear due to scratches or wear due to use, the color becomes severely faded, or the room needs to be redecorated. It will be done.

However, when replacing conventional flooring, there was no other way than to remove the flooring that was glued to the floor, so adhesive remained on the floor after it was removed, and it was difficult to remove this adhesive. There were problems that required a lot of time and effort.

In order to solve the above problems, the flooring material of this invention is
A base material layer made of polyvinyl chloride resin, and a polyethylene terephthalate resin that has been primed to exhibit adhesive properties that allow it to be bonded to this base material layer with enough strength to prevent displacement, and that can be peeled off from the bonded state. The gist lies in that the reinforcing layers are alternately stacked on top of each other.

In the above means, the primer-treated polyethylene terephthalate resin exhibits moderate adhesion to the polyvinyl chloride resin. Therefore, although it is possible to peel off each of the multiple base material layers relatively easily with the reinforcing layer as the boundary, the base material layers may become misaligned with each other through the reinforcing layer during use as a flooring material. They are joined to the extent that they do not.

In other words, the base material layer 2 as an inner layer
A reinforcing layer 3 is superimposed on the reinforcing layer 3, and a base material layer 1 as a surface layer is superimposed on the reinforcing layer 3. Note that 4 is a backing material, which is made of nonwoven fabric, soft foam, or other cushioning material. In such a floor material A, the back surface of the backing material 4 is adhered to the floor surface via an adhesive.

表面層として使用できる。 The primer treatment applied to the polyethylene terephthalate resin is such that the reinforcing layer 3 made of the polyethylene terephthalate resin exhibits moderate adhesion to the base layers 1 and 2 made of the polyethylene resin. Specifically, it is possible to bond the reinforcing layer 3 made of polyethylene terephthalate resin to the base material layers 1 and 2 made of polyvinyl chloride resin with enough strength to prevent the base material layers 1 and 2 from shifting.
The reinforcing layer made of polyethylene terephthalate resin has a property that exhibits adhesiveness to the extent that it is possible to easily peel off the bonded surface from the state in which the reinforcing layer 2 and the reinforcing layer 3 are bonded with sufficient strength to prevent displacement. This is the process of attaching it to Therefore, in the flooring material A shown in FIG. 1, in which the reinforcing layer 3 made of primer-treated polyethylene terephthalate resin is side-tied between the base material layers 1 and 2 made of polyvinyl chloride resin, when the flooring material A is used, There is no risk that the base material layers 1 and 2 will be misaligned with each other or with the reinforcing layer 3, and the action of the reinforcing layer 3 suppresses thermal expansion and contraction of the base material layer 1 as a surface layer. , the base layer 1 is reinforced. Nevertheless, in the flooring material A described above, it is possible to peel off the reinforcing layer 3 as the upper layer and the base material layer 1 as the surface layer from the base material layer 2 as the inner layer. Therefore, when the base material layer 1 as a surface layer becomes worn or scratched, the reinforcing layer 3 and its base material layer 1 can be peeled off to expose the base material layer 2 to the surface as shown in FIG. This can be used as a surface layer.

If the reinforcing layers 8, 9 are sandwiched between the three base material layers 5, 6, 7, respectively, as shown in the figure, the number of times described above can be increased to two.

から0.1mm程度が適当である。 In the above two examples, the thickness of the base layer is 0.2~
If the thickness of the reinforcing layer is set to about 0.5 mm, and the thickness of the reinforcing layer is set to about 0.1 mm, inconveniences in practical use and manufacturing will be less likely to occur. That is, if the thickness of the base material layer is thinner than 0.2 mm, it will be easily torn easily due to scratches, etc., and there will be restrictions on adding a pattern during manufacturing. Also,
A base layer thicker than 0.5 mm leads to a tendency for the total thickness of the flooring to become too thick when sandwiching the reinforcing layer with multiple base layers. The total thickness required for the flooring is usually 0.5-1.2mm, but if special requirements require it to be thicker, the thickness of the base layer can be increased accordingly. No problem. The reinforcing layer prevents the base material layers on both sides from shifting during actual use, and also acts as a peeling layer when the base material layer as the surface layer is peeled off, so it does not need to be very thick. From the viewpoint of manufacturing technology and economy, a thickness of about 0.1 mm is appropriate.

As is clear from the above, with the flooring material of the present invention, the sharpness of the pattern may be reduced due to scratches or wear on the surface due to use, the color may become severely faded, or the room may need to be redecorated. Sometimes, the base material layer as the surface layer can be peeled off to expose the inner layer to the surface, so that the inner layer can be used as the surface layer. Therefore, there is no need to remove the entire flooring material from the floor surface and replace it. As a result, there is no need to remove adhesive left on the floor. Additionally, if you apply various patterns or embossing to the original inner layer that are different from the original surface layer, you will be able to create a different decorative effect just by peeling off the surface layer. , it is more economical than replacing the entire flooring as in the past. In particular, in the flooring material of the present invention, the reinforcing layer made of polyethylene terephthalate resin is treated with a primer to provide moderate adhesion to the base material layer made of polyvinyl chloride resin, and the reinforcing layer is Since it is made by stacking layers and reinforcing layers alternately, it is possible to prevent misalignment between the base material layer and the reinforcing layer or between the base material layers when using it as a flooring material using an adhesive or adhesive. It is possible to prevent this without using drugs. Therefore, it has the advantage of being inexpensive and easy to manufacture.
