とストップ弁３との間から回路６を分岐し、別のストッ
プ弁４を経て潤滑油タンク１に戻るよう構成する。フィ
ルターエレメント２交換直後には、ストップ弁３を閉
じ、別のストップ弁４を開いてフィルター２通過後の油
を分岐回路６を経てタンク１に戻し、このように供給油
を循環させることによりフラッシングを行ないフィルタ
ー内のゴミの給油ライン内への侵入を防ぎゴミの排除を
行なう。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は潤滑油タンクユニット，油圧タンクユニット等における給油ライン上 に設置したラインフィルターエレメントの交換時のゴミの排除を行なうフラッシ ング装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の各種タンクユニットに於て使用されているラインフィルターエレメント を回路中に設置したタンク回路の１例として図２に示すものがある。図において １は潤滑油タンク、２はフィルターエレメントで、該フィルターエレメント２は タンク１よりの給油回路５中に設置されている。７は供給用ポンプを示す。フィ ルターエレメント２は長期の使用継続によりゴミが付着して行くので必要に応じ て随時交換して使用している。
【０００３】 しかしながらラインフィルターエレメント交換時にエレメント自身の製造時の ゴミ、ラインフィルターボディ内の残存しているゴミ及び交換時外部から侵入す るゴミなどは排除できない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところで前述のように、従来の方法ではフィルターエレメントを交換してもフ ィルター自身のもっている製造時のゴミ、フィルターボディに残存するゴミ及び 交換時に外部から侵入してくるゴミの排除ができずエレメント交換の効果を発揮 することができない不具合があるばかりでなく、交換時に更にゴミを侵入させる 不具合を生ずる場合もある。
【０００５】 本考案は前記不具合点を解消し安定した給油システムを確立できる新たな潤滑 油タンク及びラインフィルターのフラッシング回路を提供することを目的として いる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本考案の潤滑油タンク及びラインフィルターのフラッ シング回路は、給油回路中に設置されたフィルターの出口側にストップ弁に配設 するとともに、該ストップ弁とフィルターとの間から回路を分岐させてタンクに 戻し、該分岐回路の途中に別のストップ弁を配設したことを特徴としている。

【作用】
本考案のフラッシング回路は、給油回路中に設置したフィルターエレメントを 交換した際に、同回路中のフィルター出口側に配設したストップ弁を閉じゴミを 含んだ油が給油されることを防ぎ、分岐回路の途中に配設した別のストップ弁を 開いて、ラインフィルター通過後の油を分岐回路を介していったんタンク内に戻 し、フラッシングを行なう。このフラッシングを実施することによりラインフィ ルター内のゴミを除去できる。

【実施例】
以下図面により本考案の１実施例について説明すると、図１は本考案フラッシ ング回路の構成図を示す。図において潤滑油タンク１内に貯留された油はポンプ ７を経てフィルターエレメント２に入り、ここで油中に含まれるゴミ等を除去し た後給油回路５を流過して所要の個所に給油される。給油ライン上のフィルター エレメント２の出口側にはストップ弁３を配設している。
【０００９】 一方給油回路５中のフィルターエレメント２と前記ストップ弁３との間から回 路を分岐し、この分岐回路６は、同回路中に配置した別のストップ弁４を経て潤 滑油タンク１に戻るよう構成している。
【００１０】 次ぎに本装置の作用について説明すると、フィルターエレメント２の交換直後 にゴミを含んだ油が給油されないようにするため、給油回路５中に配設したスト ップ弁３を閉じ、分岐回路６中に設けた別のストップ弁４を開いてラインフィル ター２通過後の油を分岐回路６を介して潤滑油タンク１内に戻し供給油を循環さ せることでフラッシングを行なう。このフラッシングを実施することによりライ ンフィルター２内のゴミを除去できる。

【考案の効果】
以上述べたように本考案の潤滑油タンク及びラインフィルターのフラッシング 回路によれば、フィルターエレメントを交換した直後のゴミが給油ライン内に侵 入することを防ぐことのできる安定した給油システムを得るものである。
