該押し板が上記生地種を押さえた際に該生地種先端部を
所定の厚さに切断する、コンベア先端の下部に設けた下
刃と上記生地種の送り方向と直角にクランク機構により
往復移動する回転刃とを有する切断装置と、切断された
未乾燥生地を自動搬送する、先端エッジ状ベルトコンベ
アを中間に設けたベルト式搬送コンベアと、自動搬送さ
れた未乾燥生地を自動乾燥させる金網式多段コンベア乾
燥炉とからなることを特徴とするかき餅生地の製造装
置。
