(Prior art) Aeration tanks used for aerobic microbial treatment in sewage treatment plants, etc. are violently agitated by air bubbles floating from the air diffuser plate installed inside the tank.
Bubbles of sewage may form on the water surface and be scattered by wind etc. Therefore, in order to prevent environmental pollution caused by this, a defoaming device has conventionally been installed around the aeration tank.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, this type of conventional defoaming device is installed at a distance of 400 m from the water surface at the top of the wall of the aeration tank.
A receiving shelf 31 is provided at a position of ~600 mm, and a defoaming water pipe 33 with a spray nozzle 32 is installed on this receiving shelf 31.
was fixed, and the bubbles were extinguished by water jetted from the spray nozzle 32. However, in conventional defoaming devices, although it is necessary to spray defoaming water onto foam from a predetermined distance with a predetermined impact force, the spray nozzle 32
Since the height and angle of the nozzle were fixed, if the water level in the aeration tank goes up or down or the foaming state (scum water level) changes due to fluctuations in the amount of water being treated, etc., it is necessary to adjust the nozzle tilt or height from the water surface. etc. cannot be adjusted accurately, and a sufficient antifoaming effect cannot be exhibited. Furthermore, the conventional defoaming device is 400 mm higher than the walking floor 34 at the upper end of the wall of the aeration tank.
Since the spray nozzle 32 is fixed approximately 600 mm downward, there are many problems in that it is difficult and dangerous to adjust the inclination and position of the spray nozzle 32, and to clean and replace the spray nozzle when it is blocked.

For this reason, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-78261, by connecting the antifoaming water pipe to the main antifoaming water pipe through a single branch pipe with a rotary joint, it is possible to Attempts have also been made to make the nozzle tilt adjustable. However, this structure is installed at a high position so that it can defoam even when the water level of the aeration tank rises to the highest level, so when the water level drops, the impact force of the sprayed defoaming water decreases. In addition, if you adjust the angle of the rotary joint to change the distance from the wall according to the foaming position, the distance between the spray nozzle and the wall of the aeration tank will change, so the range that can cope with fluctuations in the water level of the aeration tank will be limited. The defoaming water pipe is narrow, and because it is supported by a single branch pipe in the center, it tends to tilt in the longitudinal direction, and the distance from the water surface changes on the right and left sides, making the defoaming effect likely to be uneven. I was left with a problem.

In Figures 1 to 3, 1 is the wall surface of the aeration tank;
Reference numeral 2 denotes a defoaming water pipe attached to the upper part thereof so as to extend horizontally as a whole. The defoaming water pipe 2 is equipped with a large number of spray nozzles 3 at predetermined intervals, and crank-shaped hollow arms 4 are provided at both ends thereof. This hollow arm 4,4
The upper end is rotatably connected to the main pipe 6 by rotary joints 5, 5, and the defoaming water pipe 2 is vertically swung between the lowered position shown in the figure and the raised position shown by the dashed line in FIG. It is movably supported. Pressure water is supplied to this defoaming water pipe 2 from a main pipe 6 via a hollow arm 4, and sprays from a spray nozzle 3 toward the water surface in the aeration tank to defoamer. The raised position of the defoaming water pipe 2 is set to be higher than the walking floor surface 7 at the upper end of the wall surface 1 of the aeration tank, as shown by the dashed line in FIG.

To adjust the position of the defoaming water pipe 2, for example, as shown in the embodiment, a method is used in which the defoaming water pipe 2 is suspended from a pillar 8 erected on the walking floor 7 of the aeration tank using a chain 9 or the like. be able to. However, this alone will make it somewhat unstable, so stability can be improved by attaching short legs 10 to the back of the defoaming water pipe 2 and bringing the tips of the legs 10 into contact with the wall surface 1 of the aeration tank, as shown in Figure 3. can be improved. Further, these leg portions 10 are constructed to be extendable and retractable by appropriate means such as screws, stop bolts, turnbuckles, etc.

Furthermore, the hollow arm 4 supporting the defoaming water pipe 2 has an expandable and retractable structure. In the embodiment, the hollow arm 4 is composed of a large diameter tube and a small diameter tube, and the relative position of the two can be changed by pulling out the small diameter tube and fixing it with a bolt 12. ing.

(Function) In the defoaming device for an aeration tank of the present invention configured as described above, the defoaming water pipe 2 is normally set at a lowered position close to the water surface, and the defoaming water pipe 2 is normally set at a lowered position close to the water surface, and the defoaming water pipe 2 is supplied from the main pipe 6 via the hollow arm 4. This is similar to the conventional system in that defoaming is carried out by spraying pressure water from the spray nozzle 3 of the defoaming water pipe 2 toward the water surface.

However, in the present invention, the defoaming water pipe 2 is attached to the upper part of the wall surface 1 of the aeration tank via a crank-shaped extensible hollow arm 4 so as to be able to swing vertically. Therefore, even when the water level in the aeration tank rises and falls and the foaming state (scum position) changes, by freely changing the height of the defoaming water pipe 2 and the length of the hollow arm 4, the water level in the aeration tank rises and falls and the foaming state (scum position) changes. Defoaming water can be sprayed onto foam with a predetermined impact force, and by adjusting these and the amount of water to be sprayed, the best defoaming effect can always be exhibited. For this reason, the device of the present invention can also be used for aeration of waterways where water level fluctuations are large, and can reliably prevent surrounding contamination due to flying bubbles.

In addition, the device of the present invention can raise the defoaming water pipe 2 to a position higher than the walking floor 7 at the upper end of the aeration tank wall 1, making it safe and easy to repair or inspect the spray nozzle 3. The work can be carried out without the need for special scaffolding as in the past.

Furthermore, in the device of the present invention, the defoaming water pipe 2 is supported by the hollow arms 4 provided at both ends of the defoaming water pipe 2, so that the defoaming water pipe 2 is not tilted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the water surface, and the defoaming water pipe 2 is uniformly defoamed. In addition to being effective, it has excellent mechanical strength, so even if the defoaming water pipe 2 is made long, there is no risk of problems such as breakage.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the present invention has a defoaming water pipe attached to the upper part of the wall of the aeration tank via a crank-shaped extensible hollow arm so as to be able to swing vertically. The height and spray angle of the spray nozzle can be changed without significantly changing the distance from the wall, ensuring a stable defoaming effect at all times and making maintenance work safe and easy. As a defoaming device for aeration tanks that eliminates conventional problems,
Its practical value is extremely great.
