Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct a stable tough roof at high speed through panel assembly without erecting a roof frame 011 the roof truss of a building, and to facilitate the utilizing of a garret as a living space. CONSTITUTION:A construction frame 1 in which the length H in the inclining direction of a roof and its lateral width W in a ridge direction are set up to be transportable size is formed, and a sheathing roof board 2 is sticked on the upper face of the construction frame 1, and an internal facing material 3 is sticked on its lower face, and the inside of the construction frame 1 is constructed with thermal insulating material 4, and a waterproofing sheet 5 and a roofing material 6 are attached to the upper face of the sheathing roof board 2. A locking part 7 to prevent the penetration of rain water is provided at a joining position to the outer edge part of an adjacent roof panel P on the outer edge of the roofing material. 6. An engaging part 8 where both the construction frames 1, 1 are fitted is provided at a joining position to the outside face of the adjacent roof panel P on the outside face of the construction frame 1.

2. Description of the Related Art The roof of a building built by the recent two-by-four construction method is a roof panel in which a roof plate is nailed to the upper surface of a framed structure frame on a hut structure assembled on the main upper part of the building for the purpose of shortening the construction period. After laying a tarpaulin and laying a waterproof sheet on the top surface, the roof finishing material is raised. Also, in the conventional frame construction method, talc materials are installed at appropriate intervals on the shed structure, field boards are nailed to the upper surface, and wood and gable boards are attached to the outer periphery of the roof surface, and the upper surface is waterproof. Sheet,
It was installed in the order of roofing material.

When the roof is constructed as described above, even in the case of the two-by-four construction method, the work of attaching the roof panel to the rooftop structure, the attachment of the waterproof sheet, and the roofing work of the roof finishing material are performed. In addition to the above three steps, the roofing work of the waterproof sheet and roof finishing material is performed on a sloped roof surface that is slippery at high places, which is extremely dangerous. Since it is carried out by a different craftsman different from the craftsman, the workability is poor and inefficient, and the advantage of the two-by-four construction method that the construction period can be shortened cannot be fully utilized.

As for the underside of the roof, since the base plate is exposed on the attic, it is inferior in heat insulation as it is in the conventional shaft construction method, and it is not suitable for a structure in which a heat insulating material is put, and the heat insulation is not good. As a quick way to secure,
Although a heat insulating material was laid on the top surface of the ceiling board, it is difficult to construct because there are hanging members that support the ceiling, and because the heat insulating material is cut out at the hanging member position and holes are opened, heat insulation is required. It has the drawback of reduced performance. Further, since the frame of the roof panel is exposed, there is a problem that a means for attaching a heat insulating material or an interior material to the lower surface of the frame is required to temporarily use the attic as a living space.

In view of the above situation, the present invention is factory-manufactured in a state where the upper and lower surfaces of the roof panel are all completed,
By attaching this to the rooftop group at the same time and connecting the locking part of the roofing material on the top, it is possible to construct a stable and sturdy roof all at once and make it easy to use the attic as a living space. The purpose is to provide a roof panel for construction.

[Function] Since the finishing materials are all attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the structural frame that constitutes the roof panel at the factory, at the work site, after mounting and positioning on the slanted part of the shed, the fixing metal fittings must be attached. At the same time, the entire roof is completed all at once by simply connecting the locking parts of each panel, which shortens the construction period and makes the panel construction method extremely easy.

Since the roof panel of the present invention can be manufactured in a safe place in a factory, the dangerous working time at a high place which is inclined and unstable can be greatly reduced, and at the same time, each member for constructing the roof can be mounted. Also for processing work, only employees in the factory can perform factory production without using dedicated craftsmen, and it can be expected that the shortage of craftsmen will be resolved.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 8 (a) shows an embodiment in which a plurality of roof panels P, P are connected above and below the inclination direction H when the inclination direction H of the roof is long. Step portions 36 and 3 cut out from the upper end surface of P and the lower end surface of the upper side panel P on the opposite surfaces of the structural frames 1 and 1, respectively.
7 is formed, the lower panel P is mounted on the purlin 13, and then the stepped portion 36 provided at the upper end of the lower panel P is fitted and attached to the stepped portion 37 provided at the lower end of the upper panel P.
The engaging parts 7, 7 standing upright on the upper part of the connected P are bent and connected by a winding tool. As shown in FIG. 8B, the stepped portions 36 and 37 formed in the phase-out state are formed by forming a side surface of one of the structural frames 1 into a convex shape 40 and forming a concave portion of the other structural frame 1 into a concave shape 4.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 shows the second invention, and the engaging portions for fitting both structural frames 1, 1 to the side surfaces of the structural frames 1, 1 joined to the adjacent roof panel P. In the example shown in FIG. 9, the convex shape 40 is formed on the side surface of one of the structural frames 1 and the concave groove 41 is formed on the side surface of the other structural frame 1.
, The adjacent roof panels P and P are integrally connected by fitting the two when they are mounted on the shed B, so that the roof panel P for cold regions where a large amount of snow is loaded on the roof surface As a result, the construction of the structural frame 1 itself is made thicker, and the unevenness 40, 41 is provided on the side surface of the structural frame 1, so that the purlin material 13 and the field bundle 38 that support the middle portion of the roof panels P, P are unnecessary. Also, a large living space can be provided on the back of the roof. Incidentally, the unevenness 40, 41
As shown in FIG. 10, the side surfaces of both structural frames 1 and 1 may be formed in a discontinuous state, and the step portions 36 and 37 thereof may be fitted and connected.

As described above, according to the first invention, there are the following excellent effects. (1) Since the upper and lower surfaces of the structural frame are completed by each finishing material, they can be easily attached to the building's shed assembly by connecting metal fittings, and the adjacent panel is a locking piece provided on the joint part. Since the entire roof is completed by simply connecting the ridgeboard and cover plate to the groove on the purlin, work time at a dangerous and dangerous high place is extremely short, and roofing work is required. There is no need to switch to a different craftsman on the way,
The workability of roof construction is extremely good, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.

(2) Since the attic is excellent in heat insulation,
There is no need to perform additional heat insulation work, and in this respect not only is it suitable for shortening the construction period, but the attic can be used as a comfortable living space. Furthermore, in order to shorten the construction period, since the interior material suitable for the living space is attached to the back side of the panel, the living space can be constructed by simply applying the floor material to the floor surface of the attic.

(3) According to the second aspect of the invention, when the first roof panel is mounted and fixed on the shed, the other panels are aligned with their upper and lower ends and only the engaging portions formed on the side surfaces are fitted. The mounting position is accurately determined, workability is good, and a large number of panels are integrally connected, so it is durable enough to withstand a sufficient load even if there is an unexpected large amount of snowfall in cold regions. It is possible to build a large roof and to create a large living space on the attic side by eliminating the need for main building materials and field bundles.
