窓本体部2の前面部は前面窓部13となつてお
り、図の実施例では引き違い戸14となつてい
る。もちろん側部窓部11、前面窓部13は図の
実施例の嵌め殺し、引き違い等のみに限定されな
いものである。図中15は網戸である。この出窓
本体部2は両袖枠7に設けた固定片16を建物の
柱17又は壁6に固着具18によつて固着され
る。ひさし部5はひさし用枠体19、下地板2
0、前ひさし21、上ひさし22、カバープレー
ト23、ロール雨戸装置26等を組立てて形成し
てあつて内部にロール雨戸収納部4が形成され
る。ひさし用枠体19は台形状の前枠板25の両
側後端を背板24の前面に固着してあり、前枠板
25にはロール雨戸装置26取付用の取付ブラケ
ツト53が設けてある。ロール雨戸装置26は3
本のロール27と、各ロール27を支持するL形
支持板28と、各ロール27を連結する自在継手
29と、モータ30を支持するモータ支持枠31
と、モータ30のプーリ32と中央のロール27
のプーリ33とを結ぶベルト又はチエン34と、
各ロール27に一端を取付けたロール雨戸3とで
構成してある。各L形支持板28、モータ支持枠
31はそれぞれ取付ブラケツト53に固着具35
によつて固着してある。ところで前枠板25はひ
さし部5内を前部と後部とに仕切る仕切りAとな
つており、仕切りAによつて仕切ることでひさし
部5内の前部がロール雨戸収納部4となつてい
る。ここで前枠板25には点検用孔部36が穿孔
してあつて、モータ30はこの点検用孔部36に
対向して配設されるものである。点検用孔部36
には点検蓋37がボルト38にて着脱自在に取付
けてある。この場合パツキンBを介してボルト3
8を締付けることで水密性を確保している。ひさ
し用枠体19には下地板支持部40が設けてあつ
て、これに下地板20を載設して固着し、下地板
20上に上ひさし22が載設される。また上ひさ
し22の外周下部に前ひさし21が取付けられ
る。更に前ひさし21の下部にはカバープレート
23が取付けられる。上記のような構成のひさし
部5は、建物の壁6にひさし用枠体19の背板2
4部分で固着具41によつて固着される。またこ
の場合上ひさし22のフランジ部42も固着具で
壁6に固着される。ところで上記のように出窓本
体部2とひさし部5とをそれぞれユニツトとして
壁6に固着するのであるが、この場合、まず出窓
本体部2を壁6に固着し、次いでひさし部5を出
窓本体部2上にパツキンBを介して載せ、この状
態でひさし部5を壁6に取付けるようにするとロ
ール雨戸装置26を組込んで重くなつたひさし部
5を取付けのあいだじゆう手でささえつづける必
要がなく簡単に取付けることができるものであ
る。上記のようにパツキンBを介在させることで
気密性、水密性を保つている。また出窓本体部2
の上部とひさし部5とは連結金具43によつて連
結する。図中14は天井板支持金物であつて壁6
に固着され、上横枠8、袖枠7の上部に設けた載
置片47と天板支持金物44上に天井板45が載
置される。ここで天井板45はもち上げて浮かせ
ることで取りはずすことができ、天井部分に生じ
た開口46より手を入れて点検蓋37を取りはず
し、点検用孔部36からモータ30や配線あるい
は機械部分を保守、点検できるようにしてある。
図中48はレールであつて、レール48は袖枠7
を構成する縦枠49とこれに着脱自在に取付ける
ガイドカバー50とで構成してある。縦枠49の
外面及びガイドカバー50の内面に突片51を設
け、この突片51同士を重ねてねじ具52によつ
て着脱自在に連結すると共に縦枠49外面とガイ
ドカバー50内面とをすき間を介して対向させる
ことで凹状のレール48を形成するのである。こ
こでレール48を縦枠49とこれに着脱自在に取
付けるガイドカバー50の2つの部材で構成する
ことで、ロール雨戸3が破損したりして取替えた
り、修理したりする場合にガイドカバー50を取
りはずすことで第9図のようにロール雨戸3を取
りはずすことができるのである。図中54はカバ
ープレート23と出窓本体部2の上端部との間に
設けたロール雨戸引出し口、55は下カバーであ
