2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for the production of aggregates for crushed stones, concrete and asphalt, the crushed stones have been moved to a rock mining site or in the vicinity of a cutting face and crushed on the spot to crush the rocks. A mobile crusher was used to transport the slab as it was. FIG. 7 shows one embodiment of the mobile crusher 1, in which a crusher 30 for crushing rock received from a hopper 10 is loaded on a frame 3 of a crawler 2 which travels by an endless track by a caterpillar 2a, and an output of a diesel engine 4 is output. The hydraulic pump 6 and the hydraulic motor 7 are driven via the rotary shaft 4a and the chain wheel 5. As shown in FIG. 8, the crusher 30 uses a jaw crusher for crushing by rocking the rock between a fixed crush plate 35 and a movable crush plate 36 that swings back and forth. The movable crush plate 36 is swung through the pulley and the eccentric rotation shaft 33. The crushed crushed products are fed from the discharge passage 30A to the belt conveyor 40.
Is discharged to the outside of the machine by a belt conveyor and other transportation machines. 8 is an operator room.

In the conventional movable crusher described above, when rocks are put into the hopper 10 by the shovel loader, the rocks are still collected at the mining site or the cutting face, and are about 700 mm. Since it is a large lump, a large impact load is applied to the crushing portion of the crusher 30 arranged immediately below the hopper 10, which causes problems such as damage to equipment and shortening of life. Also, in the supplied rock, the crusher 30 together with the large rocks, the sediment content mixed at the time of blasting at the mining site and the fine particles already crushed to about 20 to 30 mm are included.
Since it was supplied to the crusher, there were problems such as soil and sand being mixed in the crusher crushed product, and unnecessary crushing work being performed by supplying fine particles together with a large lump. In addition, the vibration generated by the crusher during operation was large, and this vibration was transmitted to other devices via the crawler frame, which hindered operation.

In the mobile crusher of the present invention, the rocks thrown into the hopper fall onto a vibrating feeder with grizzly grips (also called grizzly feeders), where fine particles and sediment are removed in advance and the rocks are removed. Only by the transfer action of the vibrating feeder with grizzle, it is supplied to the crusher located downstream of the crusher in a fixed amount, which is advantageous in terms of equipment protection because an unnecessarily large impact load or cumulative load is not applied to the crusher. The fine particles and sediment that have passed through the grizzly in advance are supplied to the vibrating sieve and separated into fine particles and sediment. The sediment is separately discharged to the auxiliary transport machine and the fine particles on the sieve are transported under the crusher. Join the plane. Further, as a measure against vibration of the crusher, since a cushioning member is interposed between the frame and the crusher, the vibration transmitted to other devices on the same frame is mitigated.

As described above, in the mobile crusher of the present invention, when crushing the rock collected at the mining site or face by the crusher, fine particles and sediment are removed by the vibrating feeder with grizzly, so that impurities are removed. High-quality aggregate can be produced because only the large lumps are crushed. Fine particles that do not need to be crushed pass through under the grizzly river before being sent to the crusher and are removed beforehand. The impurities and sediment are removed and the crushed products of the crusher are combined later to improve the production efficiency. Good and can prevent the generation of unnecessary fine particles.

As described above, since the movable crusher of the present invention is constructed as described above, it exhibits the following excellent effects. Crusher, conveyor, vibrating feeder with grizzle,
The vibrating screen and the diesel engine and hydraulic unit, which are the power sources of these, are mounted on the crawler, each device is placed in a lightweight and compact structure, and is self-propelled, so that it can be moved to any mining site. It is possible to produce aggregate from which impurities have been removed and the production efficiency is high. Since each device is driven by a hydraulic motor driven by a diesel engine, it does not require any power source and can be run or crushed every day simply by periodically refueling. The loading method of the raw material rock is power shovel,
Yumbo, dump truck, etc. can be freely selected and no special loading equipment is required. In addition, the transportation of crushed products is optional such as belt conveyors and dump trucks. Since a cushioning member is provided between the frame and the casing of the crusher as a measure against vibration of the crusher, quiet operation can be performed.
