【発明の効果】本発明は以上の構成からなるものである

もフランジ状相当分の接着面積が広くなり接着力が増大
して耐久性が向上する。又、製造に際しては、上面構成
部材にスキー板の仕上がり寸法よりも大きいフランジ状
19を形成し、スキー板成型時に流れ出る余剰接着剤を
スキー板成型用金型の余剰接着剤収容空間部に流入せし
め、接着完了後型金より取り出すと、フランジ状19に
余剰接着剤が付着している。そこで、スキー板の仕上が
り寸法にフランジの余剰部分を切除することにより余剰
接着剤も同時に除去されるから仕上げ工程が簡易化し、
生産性が向上する。

収容部と、該収容部の両側にフランジ状及び余剰接着剤
が入る空間部を設けた上金型を前記上面構成部材にかぶ
せて上下金型を加圧加熱する工程と、 硬化後離型し、前記底面強化材と前記フランジ状により
形成した側面下部の突出部を僅かに残して残余を切除し
て仕上げる工程とによって製造することを特徴とするス
