右動、回転のように任意の方向に動き得る搬送機
構2に固定され、搬送機構2には縫合針Nが1個
ずつ例えばハンドリング機構を用いて所定位置に
取り付けられるようになつている。この際に、縫
合針Nは手術糸Sを挿し込むための孔部Nbが設
けられた後端部Naが、かしめ位置方向を向くよ
うに固定される。なお、2a,2bは搬送機構2
