工程から吸収工程に切換えた直後から再生工程に切換え
るまでの積算を行う積算器および反応塔の吸収工程から
再生工程切換時、該積算器の出力信号を入力して設定値
を出力する関数発生器を設け、該関数発生器からの出力
信号を再生ガス循環ラインの配管に設けた酸素濃度検出
調節計の設定値として入力し、空気又は酸素ガス流量調
節バルブを調節し、再生工程にある反応塔への再生ガス
