Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a laminated tube container made of a single, long sheet of laminated synthetic resin and of which trunk part is kept in a stabilized state of adhesion even in the case where a substance contained therein is high in permeability, and to provide a method for manufacturing material for the trunk part of the laminated tube container. CONSTITUTION:Preheating is applied to sealing surfaces on both end parts of a long sheet 1 that is supplied continuously, and both the end parts are made successively overlapped. A covering tape 5 that is successively delivered for covering the overlapped part from the inside is temporarily stuck to the overlapped part with heating applied at relatively low temperature. Then, the covering tape 5 is stuck to the overlapped part by final adhesion and after that, the sheet is cut off in a specified length.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a container for filling toothpaste, etc.
Laminate tube containers are commonly used. This laminate tube has a body member formed by laminating both side edges of an original fabric made of a synthetic resin laminated sheet containing a metal foil and forming a seal portion, and one end of an opening of the body member. It is a container in which a synthetic resin mouth is integrated.

Here, since the raw material forming the body member is made of a laminated sheet containing a metal foil, when forming the seal portion by laminating both side edges of the raw material, high frequency heating from the outer surface is performed. It was possible to make a strong seal in a short time due to the internal heat generated by.

On the other hand, if a material made of a laminated sheet containing a metal foil is used as described above, the content is excellent in protection, but the content is invisible, and the metal foil remains when incinerated after use. Therefore, there is a growing demand for a laminate tube container having a structure that does not include a metal foil.

For this purpose, when a laminated sheet having a structure in which the metal foil is removed from the material forming the body member of the tube is used, both side edges of the material are overlapped and sealed. The high-frequency heating method cannot be used as a means for forming the.

[0006] As another means for forming this seal portion,
There is a heat seal method by heating from the outside. Since this heat seal method is heating by heat transfer from the outside, it has a drawback that the joining of the overlapping surfaces of both side edges of the original fabric is not sufficient in a short time. In order to eliminate this drawback, FIG.
And as shown in FIG. 7, both side edge portions 22a of the original fabric 20,
It is also performed that the joint surface of 22b is heated in advance, both side edge portions are overlapped, and the seal portion 21 is formed by heating and pressing from the outside.

However, the seal portion 21 formed in this way
The synthetic resin forming the laminated sheet is extruded outward by heat and pressure at the time of sealing as the side edges 22a and 22b are closer to each other, and the synthetic resin between the laminated sheets and the inner surface synthetic resin Layer 2

As described above, in the case of manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container which does not contain a metal foil, both side edges of an original fabric made of one long synthetic resin laminated sheet are superposed. This was done by heat-sealing this overlapping portion. However, if the contents are highly penetrating like toothpaste, the inner edge of the overlapping part is exposed to the contents or the synthetic resin layer on the inner surface becomes thin, causing the contents to penetrate. As a result, there is a problem that the adhesive strength between the layers of the laminated sheet is lowered, or the adhesive strength of the overlapped portion is gradually lowered.

As means for improving the deterioration of the adhesion state of the both side edges of the body of the laminated tube container as described above,
Protect the end face of the inner edge of the overlapping part,
It is conceivable that a synthetic resin tape (hereinafter referred to as a coating tape) is attached so as to cover this end surface, but the coating tape is simply continuously applied together with the original fabric to both side edges of the feed original fabric. When attempting to heat seal the overlapping portions of the parts, the coating tape may be easily broken by the heat applied during the heat seal. In order to avoid this, it is conceivable to use a resin tape having a high melting point as the coating tape.

That is, according to the present invention, a long sheet made of a synthetic resin laminated sheet is continuously drawn out, and both side ends thereof are overlapped with each other, and a covering tape is formed to cover the overlapped portion from the inner surface. The tape is continuously fed out, the covering tape is temporarily adhered to the overlapping portion, and then the covering tape is adhered to the overlapping portion by main adhesion, followed by cutting into a predetermined length. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container.

Since the end faces of the inner edges of the overlapping portions of the both side edges of the laminator tube container body are protected by the covering tape, even if both side edges of the body portion become thin. A body member for a laminar tube container capable of stably maintaining the adhered state of the body part for a laminate tube container, even when the content is highly penetrating like toothpaste. It can be easily manufactured. Furthermore, when this covering tape is attached to the above-mentioned overlapping portion, the heat is applied in two steps.
Since it is made to be tossed, it is possible to prevent the coating tape from being broken due to heat at the time of heat-sealing.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the overlapping portions of the both side edges of the body portion of the laminated tube container made of the synthetic resin laminated sheet containing no metal foil are formed. Since the end surface of the inner edge is protected by a coating tape, even if the content is highly penetrating like toothpaste, the penetration of the content reduces the adhesive strength between the layers of the laminated sheet. It is possible to avoid the problem that the adhesive strength of the overlapping portion gradually decreases.
