In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is capable of sealing the interior of the nozzle where hot water leaks by always pushing up refractory sand with a slide tube via a spring on the bottom of the stopper. That is, there is a fixed tube that can be inserted into the lower nozzle part of the ladle, a slide tube that is provided within the fixed tube so that it can be slid up and down via a spring, and a structure that allows the slide tube to be temporarily stopped downward. The present invention provides a ladle leakage prevention device characterized by comprising a spring stopper provided on a fixed tube and refractory sand provided so as to be constantly filled inside the nozzle.

Since the device of the present invention has the structure as described above,
Even if the refractory sand becomes compacted due to vibration, the slide tube rises by the capacity, and the inside of the nozzle is always sealed with refractory sand without creating any space inside the nozzle. Therefore, even if there is a gap between the contact point between the nozzle and the stopper, the molten metal will stop at the refractory sand that shields the bottom of the stopper, and this is a prevention device that can prevent melt from leaking from the ladle.
