(57)【要約】 ［目的］ ワイヤロープ類などロープの夜間や海中にお
ける存在位置の窺知確認を容易にする。 ［構成］ 複数本のストランド３のうち少なくとも任意
の１本のストランド３を外表面に螢光または夜光塗料層
４の施された夜光標識ストランド５とする。そして各ス
トランド３、５の撚成によって構成する。 ［効果］ 夜間操業や海中作業において、常に明確にロ
ープの存在位置、状態を窺知確認でき、安全性と作業性
が向上できる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は主としてワイヤロープ類などのロープに関し、さらに詳しくは外表 面に螢光または夜光塗料層による夜光標識を付して夜間でも海中でもその位置確 認が容易に行えるようにしたロープに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、ワイヤロープ類などのロープは船舶の係留、漁業、交通、鉱山索道、機 械、さく井など多用途に広く使用されている。そしてその耐食、耐摩耗、強度の 面でいろいろ改良されているすうせいにある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら従来のワイヤロープ類などのロープは夜間操業や海中作業におい ては、その存在位置を充分に窺知確認させることができなかったので作業性や安 全性の面で問題があり、例えば船舶などのロープによる係留停泊中における漁師 及びレジャー船舶などの安全確保が万全でなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案は上記課題を解決するためになされたものであって次のように構成し てある。
【０００５】 すなわちこの考案のロープは、複数本のストランドのうち少なくとも任意の１ 本が外表面に螢光または夜光塗料層の施された夜光標識ストランドで構成されて なるものである。次にこの考案を以下実施例について図面を参照しながら詳しく 説明する。

【実施例】
図１及び図２に示すワイヤロープの場合についてこの考案のロープ１を説明す る。３は、多数本の針金素線を撚成して作成したストランド（子なわ）である。 そこで図１に示すように６本の該ストランド３のうちの２本のストランド３をそ の外表面に螢光または夜光塗料層４の施された夜光標識ストランド５に夫々する 。そして上記の４本のストランド３と２本の夜光標識ストランド５を、さらに油 のしみ込ませた麻などの芯索２を中心に６本合わせ、これをお互いに撚り合わせ て構成される。そこで、このロープ１では２条の夜光標識ストランド５が夫々等 間隔で螺旋状に表現形成されるものである。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したようにこの考案のロープは、螢光または夜光塗料層の施された夜 光標識ストランドが螺旋状に表現形成されるので、夜間操業や海中作業において も夜光標識ストランドによる螺旋状発光によって常に明確にロープの存在位置、 場所及び状態を窺知確認させることができ、漁師など作業者や船舶などの安全を 計ることができると共に作業性を向上できるなどの優れた効果がある。なお夜光 標識ストランドによってこの考案のロープは優雅な交斜模様デザインを表現でき る。
