在なように長孔9aと、用紙の通過窓9bを設けた。そ

付けた。ピン8は可動刃の先端部の長孔1b,2bにそ
れぞれ挿入し、可動刃1,2の圧接方向の遊びを抑制す
る位置にEリング溝8aを設けた。リンク6は、フレー
ム9の板厚より厚いスペーサ23をフレーム9のフレー
ム長孔9aに挿入し、フランジ部24aが前記フレーム
の長孔9aより大きい外径を有する駆動ピン24を重ね
合わせてビス25で固定して摺動可能に装着した。この
ような構造とするとフレーム9が板厚方向にたわみを発
生し、刃物同志の圧接力を得る構造としたものである。
前記圧接力は、スペーサ23の厚さを変えることによっ
ても適宜対応が可能である。駆動ピン24を上下に移動
すると、可動刃1,2が回転し両端より中央に向かって
シート材が切断されて中央部で切断を終了するものであ
る。

b,2bを挿入することで、リンク6が上下に移動する
と、可動刃1,2が回動するが、中央部では可動刃2が
先に切断に関与し、次に可動刃1が切断に関与すること
で、刃先の不連続部での確実な切断が可能となる切断装
置である。

にまで小型化が可能となり、薄型で狭幅の切断装置を提
供できる。

さは、前記一対の可動刃の刃先線がほぼ一直線となる位
置でその先端が互に当接するか、または間隙を有する長
さであることを特徴とするシート材切断装置。

る位置でその先端が互に当接するか、または間隙を有す
る長さであることを特徴とするシート材切断装置。
