The present invention provides a method for producing a halogen-containing resin foam,
Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a halogen-containing resin foam, which comprises adding azodicarbonamide, a specific inorganic metal compound, and a specific zinc compound to a halogen-containing resin, followed by heating and foaming. Halogen-containing resin foam is generally manufactured by adding blowing agents, stabilizers, fillers, plasticizers, pigments, etc. to resin, kneading it, and then heating and foaming it, and it is used for wall covering materials, leather, furniture products, etc. It is used. Until now, various stabilizers have been used for the purpose of obtaining halogen-containing resin foams, and in particular,
A Ba-Zn based stabilizer is used. However, when these stabilizers are used, the hue is insufficient, and it has been desired to improve the hue, especially when used in wall covering materials that require high whiteness. For non-foaming formulations, Ba
Whiteness can be improved to some extent by reducing the component and increasing the Zn component, but in the case of foaming formulations, Zn
Increasing the component may actually reduce the whiteness, and reducing the Zn component makes it impossible to obtain the desired expansion ratio, so methods such as the combined use of organic phosphite esters have been adopted, but this method However, the whiteness was not sufficient, and further improvement was desired. As a result of repeated studies in order to obtain a halogen-containing resin foam with improved hue, the present inventors added azodicarbonamide, a specific inorganic metal compound, and a specific zinc to a halogen-containing resin containing titanium dioxide. It has been discovered that a halogen-containing resin foam with particularly improved hue can be obtained by adding a specific amount of each compound and then heating and foaming, thereby achieving the present invention. That is, the present invention provides halogen-containing resins.
