リツト１が被清掃体表面に対して充分近接して対
面するように設けられたエアー整流ノズル２と、
該エアー整流ノズル２を突設し被清掃体表面に付
着する粉塵を前記エアー整流ノズル２を介して吸
引除去する吸引ケース３とを備えた清掃装置。 (2) 吸引ケース３の被清掃体表面と対向した面
に、被清掃体周辺に浮遊した微粉体を吸引除去す
る微粉吸引口４を備えた請求項(1)記載の清掃装
