Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure vessel having a high breaking strength, of which the internal state can be confirmed from the outside, by forming a vessel body for accommodating a heated material and a cover body equipped with a pressure regulating valve from a transparent resin of multilayered structure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure vessel 1 for electronic oven is constituted so that a vessel body 2 and a sealing cover body 3 are closed with a packing 4 between in the contact part. A pressure regulating valve 5 for making the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 1 constant is provided at the cover body 3. The vessel body 2 and cover body 3 are formed from external resin layers 6, 8 of a two-layer structure and from internal resin layers 7, 9 and use a thermoplastic resin of high heat resistance. Because of having a multilayered structure, they can be mutually reinforced for an anisotropy in intensity distribution, which occurs in the case of molding by the use of a termoplastic resin of usually high heat resistance and for the generation of a weld line peculiar to injection molding.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, well-known pressure vessels include those made of metal such as aluminum. In the pressure vessel, a pressure regulating valve operates to maintain the internal pressure at about 2 atmospheres, and the boiling point of the water in the pressure vessel is raised to about 120°C. This results in
Heating is significantly accelerated, and simmering that normally takes 1 to 2 hours can be completed in about 30 minutes, and small fish can be made soft down to the bone.

Products have already been proposed in which convenient pressure vessels are made of synthetic resin and can be used in microwave ovens. For example, in the United States, Nordaik Ware sells products under the trademark ``Tender Kutskar.'' ing. Additionally, in Japan, Asahi Light Metal Industry■ has begun selling it under the trademark ``Range Kisei Nabe.''

The operating pressure of these pressure containers for microwave ovens is around 2 atm for gas pressure containers, whereas the operating pressure for the "Tender Kutsker" is about 1.7 atm and the operating pressure for the "Microwave Vitality Pot" is about 1.4 atm. It is low. For this reason, the ``Microwave Vitality Pot'' is used only for cooking rice, and the ``Tender Tsuka'' is mainly used for cooking meat.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, at the above operating pressure, it is difficult to cook popular dishes made in a pressure vessel, such as brown rice, beans, and small fish, until they are soft. The reason for this is that the pressure-resistant strength of conventional pressure vessels for microwave ovens could not be achieved. All of these conventional pressure vessels are made by compression molding of unsaturated polyester, which is a thermosetting resin, reinforced with glass fibers, but because the curing reaction takes place in the mold, they are not thick-walled. It was difficult to achieve high fracture strength because the hardening inside and on the surface tended to change.

In addition, in these pressure vessels, once cooking is completed and the food is taken out to the table, it quickly cools down, and if you want to keep it delicious and warm, you have to transfer it to a heat insulating jar or the like, which is troublesome. Furthermore, since the glass fiber-containing unsaturated polyester mentioned above is opaque, it is not possible to check the condition inside the pressure vessel, making it difficult to use.

Effect Since the pressure vessel of the present invention has a multilayer structure with the above configuration, it is possible to prevent anisotropy in strength distribution and the occurrence of weld lines peculiar to injection molding, which normally occur when molding using a highly heat-resistant thermoplastic resin. They can be mutually reinforcing. Furthermore, deterioration from the inner surface of the container and deterioration from the outer surface of the container is buffered.

The figure is a sectional view of a pressure vessel in one embodiment of the present invention. The pressure vessel 1 has a structure in which a container body 2 and a lid 3 that seals the container body 2 are closed by sandwiching a gasket 4 at the contact portion thereof. A pressure regulating valve 5 that maintains the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 1 at a constant pressure is provided on the lid body 3. Furthermore,
The container main body 2 is formed from a two-layered container outer resin layer 6 and container inner resin layer 7, and the lid 3 is formed from a lid outer resin layer 8 and a lid inner resin layer N9. An object to be heated 10 such as food is housed inside the pressure vessel 1 . The container body 2 and the lid 3 are made of highly heat-resistant thermoplastic resin. The molding method used is blow molding or injection molding and welding. As such a synthetic resin, various plastics having a high heat resistance temperature can be used, such as polymethylpentene, glass fiber reinforced polyethylene terecrate, polysulfone, and polyphenylene sulfide.

The container main body 2 and the lid 3 formed in a two-layer structure are constructed by having different material properties of the container outer resin layer 6, the container inner resin layer 7, and the lid outer resin layer 8 and the lid inner resin layer 9. You can also do it. That is, for the inner surface, materials are selected with emphasis on steam resistance, stain resistance, etc., and for the outer surface, materials are selected with emphasis on impact resistance, strength, colorability, etc. It is also possible to construct a two-layer structure with a hollow space between the eyebrows.

The double structure of the container body and lid improves the pressure resistance of the pressure container. Also, by making the glabella hollow in this double structure, heat resistance is imparted and heat radiation loss is reduced, so heating time can be shortened. Furthermore, even if the container is taken out of the microwave and placed on the dining table, the food will not cool down easily due to its good insulation properties.

Furthermore, since the container body and lid are made of a double layer structure of transparent resin with a hollow space between the layers, heat retention is good and the condition inside the pressure container can be seen, which is extremely convenient.

In addition, in the example, the case where the glabella of the double structure is hollow is explained, but instead of being hollow, it may be constructed by laminating two or three layers, or an elastic body may be placed between the layers. A sandwiching structure may also be used.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, since at least one of the container body and the lid has a multilayer structure, the pressure resistance as a pressure container can be improved, and the inner surface having different functions can be improved. For the side and outer surfaces, materials that meet the required characteristics can be used effectively. Further, by forming the hollow structure, the heat insulation properties can be improved, and the heat retention properties can be improved. Furthermore, the surface temperature of the container is low, eliminating any concerns about burns. Furthermore, if the pressure vessel is made of a multi-layered structure made of transparent resin, it will retain heat well even on a dining table, and the inside will be visible, making it easier to use.
