Abstract

PURPOSE:To correspond easily to the situation in which a mold is replaced and a molded product is changed by mounting a rotatable coil spring adjustable in its pitch on a dropping outlet of a chute in the direction of pushing up a runner and disposing a partition, allowing transfer toward the front of the runner, provided all over the whole length of the coil spring and the given length of the front. CONSTITUTION:One end of a tensile coil spring 2 mounting on a position facing a dropping outlet of a chute 1 is hung on a shaft 2 and the other end on an adjustable screw 4, and a partition 17 is disposed vertically close to the upper section of the coil spring 2 in which a runner can be dropped without trouble all over the disposing position of the coil spring 2 and the length from the front end of the coil spring 2. A molded product dropped from the chute 1 passes through the coil spring 2 and drops therefrom, and the runner is prevented from moving in the rotating direction by means of the partition and dropped from the position which is separated completely from the molded product. 出する射出成形機等に適用にあっては、金型交換等によ
って成形品やランナの大きさがかわる都度、網目の大き
さやローラの間隔を変えて対応することが困難であるた
め使用上の制約があった。

定の長さに亘って設けたことを特徴とする成形品・ラン
ナ仕分装置とした。
