Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the problem of the heat generated from light source sections and thin the apparatus by arranging a light source mainly for direct illumination below an apparatus main body, and arranging light sources for indirect illumination at the same level on an outer periphery section. CONSTITUTION:The first illumination section 5 arranged with a light source mainly for direction illumination below an apparatus main body 1 and the second illumination section 8 formed with a through-shaped outer periphery frame 6 to surround the outer periphery of the first illumination section 5 and arranged with light sources mainly for indirect illumination in the outer periphery frame 6 are provided. The light source for direct illumination and the light sources for indirect illumination are arranged at the same level on nearly the same plane not to be overlapped together. The heat problem is reduced with a thin illumination apparatus, direct illumination and indirect illumination can be obtained independently or concurrently, indirect illumination with wide-range expansion is obtained, and effective illumination can be staged.

In these devices, a first lighting section that mainly provides direct illumination is formed on the bottom side of the device body, and a frame body that protrudes from the top surface of the device body and a reflector that is parallel to the top surface of this frame body are formed. A second lighting section for indirect side lighting is formed in the space formed by the top surface of the device body and the reflecting plate, and a light-shielding wall is placed around the outer periphery of this lighting section. The light sources of the first and second illumination sections are selectively turned on to obtain a desired illumination effect.

With the lighting fixture having the structure described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-97503, it is possible to obtain direct lighting and indirect lighting with - number of lighting fixtures, and the effect of providing lighting with multiple light effects is that However, since the first lighting section and the second lighting section are formed in a laminated manner, the fixture itself is inevitably dimensioned in the vertical direction, giving the user a feeling of pressure. It was something that would become something of a success.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and includes a first lighting section in which a light source mainly for direct lighting is disposed on the lower surface of the fixture body, and an outer periphery of the first lighting section. A gutter-shaped outer peripheral frame is formed to surround the outer peripheral frame, and a second illumination part in which a light source mainly for indirect illumination is disposed within the outer peripheral frame. Achieve the desired lighting effect by using direct lighting and indirect lighting, or a combination of direct lighting and indirect lighting, and arrange the light sources for direct lighting and the light sources for indirect lighting in the same row on approximately the same plane so that they do not overlap. In this way, thermal problems caused by the light source can be alleviated, and indirect light with a wide spread can be obtained, thereby improving the illumination effect.
